Dr. Andrea Josse received her doctoral degree in exercise physiology and nutrition from the Department of Kinesiology at McMaster University and then completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Nutritional Sciences at The University of Toronto. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Kinesiology and Health Science, Faculty of Health, York University.
