INFJs have their own special process of dealing with their emotions and feelings. That’s why they come across as unfeeling or emotionless because they might not show their emotions right away after an event has occurred. They still need time to process it and deal with it, and they will usually do that in the quiet of their own solitary cave and space.

Without balance, and without proper self-care routines, an INFJ can easily slip and fall into the abyss of burnout and exhaustion, which means that their intuition will work less effectively. And thus, they will end up getting less information from it. Which is always a bad thing, overall.
