INFJs assume that people need help if they are complaining about something and we will do anything to help them. But sometimes (most times) people are complaining just for the sake of complaining. You are wasting your energy by giving advice and help when it's not asked for.

INFJs should always carry earplugs around with them and headphones to listen to music. This way they can always be protected from any noise around them and protect any drains on their limited stores of energy.
