"Live below your means, save your money, earn as much as you can and before you know it you will be financially free." 

Having spent time with Craig, you realise he is a massively driven person who doesn't settle for anything less than the best. His high standards are apparent in everything he does. 

Craig saw a gap in the market with student housing. He exploited this by doing something about it and offering students the highest standards of living and accommodation available anywhere in Gillingham. 

His popularity soon grew in the local area. Before he knew it, a vast majority of all private student housing was being advertised and let by Craig's property company "Student Houses Gillingham."

Craig's portfolio now includes a total of 90 properties. With a mixture of some of these being his very own and some as partnerships and investor-backed JV deals. 

One thing is for sure Craig is nowhere near hanging up his boots, his already mentioned in the Podcast that he wants to secure more property this year and has some clear targets on achieving this. 

If his past is anything to go by, I know his future will be just as healthy.
