The HMO property duo Andrew and Mary from the Elite Investor Group are doing some fantastic things in the HMO space and are ones to watch over the coming years.

Both architects by profession give these two a competitive edge over the competition as they can walk into a property, analyse floors plans and see the space a lot differently from a competitor. Knowing how to rearrange a space or how to add value quickly by extending or adding additions is a huge positive in securing great deals.

The power couple, as I like to call them, have a very simple 'WHY' and that is to do the one thing they both love and share a passion for 'Travel.' I also really admire the two on knowing what level of financial freedom they need to get to stop and enjoy life instead of hammering on and increasing the portfolio just for the sake of it.
