Dedication, Commitment, Structure, Planning and diet these are just some of the traits Theo lives by in his day to day life. When you first meet Theo, one thing that stands out is his incredible physique now to most people he would simply be a muscle head or a beefcake, but to me, this was a sure sign of a person who lives his life with a high degree of discipline. 

I came across Theo on Facebook while researching the North East as a potential investment spot; we exchanged a few messages and spoke about a few properties I was interested in buying. His knowledge and expertise of the area were second to none and willingness to help was very kind. 

I always knew managing a significant renovation 275 miles away from home would be difficult, and that's where Theo stepped in with his extensive project management skills and offered to help manage our project from start to finish. Hiring Theo as my PM was the best decision I ever made, not only did the work run so smoothly but I've gained a life long friendship from the whole experience with a chap who I can only describe as a true gentleman.
