Twenty-one years old and killing the Serviced accommodation game with the use of smart technology and his vast array of digital marketing skills. 

"When I first met Shamil or Sham as I like to call him I always knew there was something about this young chap that stood out; now I call him young as I'm 16 years his senior so do feel old when in his company."

Dropping University on its head last minute, applying like mad and securing a digital marketing apprenticeship, going out of his way to self educate himself and gain the skills necessary which helped him develop his business.

Working all day for someone else, clocking off at 6.00 pm only to come home and continue working on his own business till the early hours of the morning are the sacrifice Sham made to achieve his goal. 

What stood out for me when speaking to Sham was his technical ability to design and code systems that include some smart processes that he uses in his own business today. It's these very systems that are proving to be successful in his quest in creating a streamlined system for his SA business. 

It's always the people in business who dare to do something different and disrupt the market place that makes the most significant difference or have the biggest impact. 

You only have to look around and see how some traditional old fashion businesses have been disrupted with the use of smart tech and someone who dared to think differently. 

When your why is the fact you don't want to see your parents working any longer than two years and this is what drives you daily to achieve your goals, how can you fail when it's so purpose-driven. 

After speaking to Sham, I realised his a very talented and intelligent bloke whose out to achieve some big things. If I were a gambling man, I would say his one young gun to keep your eyes on as I feel he will disrupt an industry that's ordinarily very traditional.
