Jacki shares the truth about the explosive video from Georgia’s State Farm Arena in Fulton County. Then, Hans Von Spakovsky of the Election Law Reform Initiative joins Jacki to give his take on the legal challenges to the Presidential election that are making their way to the U.S. Supreme Court. Von Spakovsky has spent his career at the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division (includes the Voting Section), the Federal Election Commission, and advising the U.S. Election Assistance Commission. Jacki recommends everyone pick up a copy of his book, Who’s Counting: How Fraudster and Bureaucrats Put Your Vote at Risk. Jacki will be joined by a guest from the Texas Public Policy Foundation and Daniel Turner, Founder of Power the Future who predicts that if Biden is inaugurated, his energy policy will bring two outcomes: everything getting more expensive and war in the Middle East.

Supreme Court. Then, Justin Danhof, ESQ, General Counsel for the National Center for Policy Research, formerly of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, may be the lone American fighting ESG initiatives in the boardroom. He joins us to explain his advancement of pro-business resolutions and his view of why ESG is not what it seems. Finally, Mark Mix, President of the National Right to Work Committee, explains the consequences to American labor of Biden’s plan to re-enter the Paris Climate Agreement, as well as the split between traditional unions vs. government unions when it comes to energy issues like frac’ing and pipelines.

Jacki interviews environmentalist Bjorn Lomborg, author of False Alarm: How Climate Change Costs Us Trillions, Hurts the Poor, & Fails to Fix the Planet. Then, Jacki speaks with Marc Morano, the number one ranked “climate contrarian” in the media according to a study in the journal Nature, whose new film, “Climate Hustle 2: The Rise of the Climate Monarchy” aims to expose Hollywood hypocrisy, financial corruption, kid’s classroom indoctrination and more. Finally, Jacki looks to Chuck DeVore of the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Life:Powered Initiative to answer the question: Is climate change causing California wildfires and blackouts. This is a continuation of an earlier conversation with DeVore, this time pulling from decades of California history to show that in fact California’s problems are man-made, and entirely reversible.
