  • Big $$ in Activism; TX Outages - Guests: Ludwig, Christian, Nasi
More facts continue to emerge from behind the scenes of the Texas power outages. Texas Railroad Commissioner (oil and natural gas regulator) Wayne Christian and regulatory attorney Mike Nasi join Jacki to give the latest on the post-mortem and likely next steps to prevent a recurrence in the height of summer demand. Then, Jacki is joined by Hayden Ludwig of the Capital Research Center who debunks the myth that oil and gas activism dollars are somehow outpacing environmental activism 10 to 1. In fact, almost 2.5 billion poured into green activism in 2019 alone - some of it from fossil fuel producers

  • The Truth about TX Blackouts | Guests: DeVore, Isaac & Bennett, PhD, (TPPF)
The mainstream press has missed the most important causes of the Texas blackouts, turning what should be one of the greatest lessons in energy policy into a grand misinformation campaign. The experts at the Texas Public Policy Foundation warned of the inevitability of the blackouts for years, and lay out the truth about what happened and what must happen to prevent deadly power outages in the future. Information has surfaced to show that decision-makers, some of them not evens Texans, cut power first to the Permian Basin - one of the top energy production regions on earth that is critical to powering the state. This blunder triggered others. “Unreliables” (wind and solar) were no-shows, a major problem when the planning relied on their contributions.

  • Texas Blackout: What Really Happened
Why did Texas, arguably the most energy-rich state in the union, lose power for days on end, creating a life and death moment for Texans? Texas experiences similar freezes about once a decade, weather records show. So why were Texans not losing their lives during those cold freezes - that were such non-events that most Texans barely remember them? What changed with the Texas power grid? Jacki explores the energy transition over the past decade which took Texas from being 37% coal powered and 6% wind powered to 20.8% coal powered and 20% wind powered. Half of Texas wind turbines froze and the rest collapsed in output. Where are the mega-batteries for wind energy storage that experts promised were just around the corner...15 years ago? Joe Biden promised to increase U.S. reliance on wind power ten fold. How many Americans' lives will be endangered in doing so? Some pundits have blamed natural gas for failing Texans, but we know that natural gas powers some of the most reliable grids in some of the coldest places on earth. So what went wrong? Jacki answers these questions and more.

  • Ep 85 | Banks Shun Politically Incorrect Businesses; Criminal Justice Reform | Guests: Casey, Andrade
Dave Casey, former member of a “1 Percenter” motorcycle club, talks about his 24 years in prison and how he turned his life around, landing a good job in the oil patch, ending a life of crime. He gives his views on current efforts to reform the criminal justice system. Daniel Andrade, a member of the young leaders’ Liberty Leadership Council at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, recounts his journey from Miami to the west Texas oil patch and how his views of oil & gas changed after starting a career as a landman, then as an accountant in the energy sector.
Jacki examines trends in the financial sector that disfavor certain politically incorrect businesses, such as those that produce oil, gas and coal.

  • Ep 84 | 2020 Election Aftermath NOT Unprecedented; Biden & Foreign Oil | DeVore, TPPF; Milito, NOIA
Chuck DeVore of the Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) joins Jacki to review a long-forgotten history of U.S. presidential election fallout and shows that this is not the first time that a presidential election was litigated well into the year following the election, as when JFK narrowly “defeated” Nixon. Likewise, disputes over the electoral college count and violence surrounding elections was arguably far worse in the late 1800s when discontents formed the KKK in part to violently intimidate (or worse) voters. America has survived far worse times. Then, Jacki speaks with Erik Milito of the National Ocean Industries Association to examine Biden’s latest executive orders that harm the U.S. oil and gas industry while benefitting foreign competitors. Finally, Jacki examines international headlines demonstrating that while the U.S. government and financial institutions are now moving to undercut domestic energy, Russia, China, India, Iran, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and other OPEC nations are full-speed-ahead in their fossil fuel production and usage.

  • Ep 83 | Congress: We Cannot Pay for the Green New Deal! Gas Prices to Soar?| Guests: K. Tahuahua, J. Curl
Jacki promos her upcoming appearance on the Candace Owens Show (PragerU) where the two discuss the decline in masculinity, environmental factors, sex trafficking, pornography and more. PragerU has placed an “explicit content” warning onto this episode, so buckle up! Apparently this one is moving too fast for prime time.
Jacki is joined by Joseph Curl of Just the News who explains why he believes gas prices are about to go up dramatically. Then, Katie Tahuahua of the Life:Powered Initiative at the Texas Public Policy Foundation explains the inadvertent admission by Congressional leadership that in fact the United States cannot possibly pay for the Green New Deal.
