  • Fighting Biden and the EPA to Protect Crucial Energy Jobs | Guests: Morrisey, Freeman, Masters
WV Attorney General Patrick Morrisey updates Jacki on the states’ legal efforts to resist the Biden EPA. Morrisey and 18 other Attorneys General are petitioning the U.S. Supreme Court to limit the EPA’s reach because its policies are killing jobs in energy-rich states - particularly 36 states that produce fossil fuels.
Then, fellow Blaze host Kevin Freeman from the Economic War Room talks about ESG (“Environmental, Social and Governance”) investment criteria and how banks, financial institutions and pension funds are playing politics with our money, including our pension funds, backed by the taxpayer.
Then, Jacki speaks with “Dutch Masters,” CEO of Carnivore Trading. This unique company offers raw, un-woke analysis of investment opportunities to subscribers. Note: Carnivore is not a brokerage, does not sell securities, and it does not execute trades or manage money. Carnivore investors share their thoughts on the market, revealing what trades its leaders are making, so investors can mirror their strategies if they choose.

  • Taking on Woke CEOs; TX Boycotts Those Who Boycott Oil & Gas | Guests: S. Shepard; J. Isaac (TPPF)
Scott Shepard is attending board meetings at some of the largest corporations and publicly challenging their unprincipled virtue signaling.
Shepard, the deputy director of the National Center for Public Policy Research’s Free Enterprise Project, shares how he questioned Bank of America at its shareholder meeting: How can it oppose voter ID, while requiring individuals to show their ID to withdraw money or attend its board meetings?
In Twitter’s shareholder meeting, Shephard asked CEO Jack Dorsey: How can Twitter censor someone for questioning election integrity, but let terrorist regimes spread their hate on its platform?
Shepard discloses their responses on this episode.
Then, the director of Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Life:Powered initiative, Jason Isaac, celebrates two huge legislative victories in Texas that could be replicated across the country.
First, if banks refuse to lend to Texas oil and gas companies, the state will not do business with them, stripping woke banks of billions in business. Sixteen state treasurers have announced that they intend do the same for their states, making a significant impact on the bottom lines of major banks. Second, Texas taxpayers will get to keep billions rather than be forced to give green energy companies corporate welfare in exchange for “green” jobs … that often never materialized.

  • U.S. Senate ‘Banking’ on Climate Spending Extravaganza | J. Isaac (TPPF)
Jason Isaac, the director of the Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Life:Powered initiative, discusses his testimony before the U.S. Senate protesting the creation of a “National Climate Bank.” The bank would give handouts to U.S. and foreign “green” businesses, backed by the taxpayer, set up an uneven regulatory playing field, and guarantee zero environmental benefits.
Next, a video by Texas Public Policy Foundation reveals that some candidates in Texas have hired-operatives to threaten voters that essential services will end if they do not vote the right way. These people are known as “politiqueros,” and they are being reined in by the new Texas voting law.
Then, a new video by Mark Mathis from Clear Energy Alliance demonstrates how   climate change has devolved into “moral panic,” such that fear of the problem distorts debate and causes more damage than the problem itself.
Next, Jacki shares good news about a company called 2ndVote Advisers. Its mission is to offer investment strategies for clients who want to avoid being forced or deceived into supporting “woke” corporations.
Finally, the cost of bad energy policy hits close to home. Jacki tells a personal story about her family in Appalachia and skyrocketing energy bills hitting lower income Americans.

  • Texas Bans Bans…on Natural Gas | Guests: S. Narayan; F. Chavez-Torres; B. Bennett, Ph.D (TPPF)
Two hundred Texans lost their lives unnecessarily during the February Texas power outages, dying from bad energy policy that prevented their homes from being heated. Jacki reviews a trend-setting law that just passed in Texas that stops cities from actually exacerbating the problem; the law literally puts a ban on bans – on natural gas and other forms of energy. It makes it illegal for local municipalities to implement the Paris Climate agreement unilaterally, restricting access to life-saving natural gas and other reliable sources of energy.

Jacki speaks with Sanjay Narayan, a member of the Texas Radiation Advisory Board, about why the nation should build more nuclear energy, the most reliable form of energy during the February power outages in Texas.

Next, the AFL-CIO and Texas Public Policy Foundation are working to destroy a proposed law in Texas that will give $44 billion in government handouts over the next few years to foreign companies and others in exchange for rolling out even more unreliable energy sources – despite February’s deadly energy shortage. While this program is praised for “creating jobs,” Brent Bennett, Ph.D., policy director for Life:Powered, says the state routinely grants waivers for the job creation requirement, especially to wind energy producers, leaving taxpayers footing an enormous bill for which they get nothing in return.

Jacki represents Texas on the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission and heralds the passage of a resolution urging the reigning in of ESG investment criteria. Among other things, ESG advocates often seek to divest from U.S. oil and gas.

Then, Jacki interviews Federico Chavez-Torres, director of operations at Energy Ledger, who says that a new blockchain solution for oil storage could have prevented the Colonial Pipeline hacking and could prevent future hacks.

Media reports of “Eco-Anxiety” show that American kids are terrified and depressed about climate change. Katie Tahuahua, mother and member of the Life:Powered Initiative (TPPF), explains how to calm your child’s fears about climate change and how to create optimism for the future.

  • Rolling Blackouts; New Election Suits; Persecuting Lawyers |Guests: M. Nasi; J. Martin; V. Prodan
Jacki discusses the cyberattack on the Colonial Pipeline with top regulatory lawyer Mike Nasi. Nasi shares lessons learned from 50 hours of testimony in the Texas legislature on the February power outages, and how outages could be coming to your state if it has mandates to phase-in unreliable energy sources to its grid.

Jacki advises listeners to always keep their vehicles’ tanks full and to have a fuel supply on hand, instead of making a run to the gas station in times of emergency, creating more of a shortage.

Then, Jenny Beth Martin, Co-Founder of the Tea Party Patriots, tells Jacki about an amicus brief her organization filed in Georgia to support greater transparency of the 2020 general election and 2021 U.S. Senate runoffs. The goal: to get to the bottom of election fraud by gaining access to the physical ballots. Despite assurances by the Georgia Secretary of State that the 2020 election was secure, the state has still failed to produce chain-of-custody records for 333,000 absentee ballots after months of requests.

American prosecutors have threatened to indict lawyers from the opposing political party who represented President Donald Trump in 2020 election contests. Similarly, the Soviet Union persecuted Virginia Prodan, human rights lawyer and author of “Saving My Assassin,” for representing those who did not share the government’s views. Prodan is living history; she shares her incredible survival story and draws chilling parallels to what is happening in America today.

  • Corporations Sell out to Woke Culture | Guests: S. Soukup; P. Moore, PhD; C. DeVore; V. Ginn, PhD (TPPF)
Jacki speaks with Steve Soukup, the author of “The Dictatorship of Woke Capital: How Political Correctness Captured Big Business” and the V.P. of Political Forum. Plus, Jacki discusses the satirical book, “Beneficial Accomplishments of Joe Biden.” Also, Greenpeace Co-Founder Dr. Patrick Moore pulls the curtain back on 11 common environmental claims; Chuck DeVore, V.P. of National Initiatives at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, discusses legislation that would actually make election fraud worse; and TPPF’s Vance Ginn, Ph.D., explains how Biden’s multiple trillion dollar “stimulus” payouts are plunging America’s children further under crushing debt.

  • Why The North Face Won’t Support Oil| Guests: C. Wright, R. Darwall, J. Isaac (TPPF)
The North Face uses oil to make its jackets, so why won’t it make jackets for an oil company? Chris Wright, the CEO of Liberty Oilfield Services, explains the hypocrisy. Rupert Darwall, the author of “Green Tyranny: Exposing the Totalitarian Roots of the Climate Industrial Complex,” tells Jason Isaac, the director at Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Life:Powered initiative, that ESG investment criteria represent the biggest threat to American capitalism since the 1930s.

  • Invisible Catastrophes | Guests: P. Moore, PhD; C. DeVore; V. Ginn, PhD (TPPF)
Greenpeace Co-Founder, Dr. Patrick Moore, promos his new book, Fake Invisible Catastrophes and Threats of Doom. The thesis: Activists use fear about things that are invisible – CO2, the ozone layer – or remote from the human population – polar bears, coral reefs, etc. – to maintain control of scare narratives that the public cannot evaluate for themselves. Dr. Moore pulls the curtain back on 11 common environmental claims. Then, Chuck DeVore, V.P. of National Initiatives at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, discusses federal and state legislation that would actually make election fraud worse. TPPF’s Vance Ginn, Ph.D., formerly of the President’s Office of Management and Budget, explains how Biden’s multiple trillion dollar “stimulus” payouts are deceptively labeled, funding “green” projects that are otherwise not competitive and plunging America’s children further under crushing debt.
Jacki also previews an upcoming interview with Virginia Prodan, author and human rights lawyer who suffered persecution under the Soviet Union’s communist regime. Prodan will draw parallels to today’s America.

  • New Good News about Bad Climate Claims| Guests: G. Wrightstone, B. Bennett, PhD (TPPF
Gregory Wrightstone, the bestselling author of “Inconvenient Facts: The Science that Al Gore Doesn’t Want You to Know,” joins Jacki to discuss Biden’s $2.3 trillion “infrastructure” plan, which includes billions of dollars for climate-related projects with wonky, vague descriptions such as “climate resiliency.” It is partially the Green New Deal by another, more palatable name. - - The National Climate Assessment is far better than previously thought, after accounting for its methodology errors. Brent Bennett, Ph.D., Policy Director for Texas Public Policy Foundation’s Life:Powered initiative, tells Jacki’s listeners why they should be optimistic. - - Jacki explains why Texas legislation to improve the reliability of the Texas electric grid could have prevented hundreds of Texan deaths in February’s outages and will likely set the stage for policy change across the nation.
