Yesterday I told you about the attack on Alex Jones and in my comments, I pointed out that it probably wouldn't end with Jones. Today we see that Twitter has extended it's attack to Libertarians Scott Horton and Daniel McAdams from the Ron Paul Institute.

Today I want to take some time to point out how damaging this is and shine a light on the hypocrisy of the left. We'll take a look at some climate change predictions and some memes by Occupy Democrats as examples. It's a sad state of affairs when discourse in America has been reduced to censorship on social media sites.

I've also got some really sobering news about our debt and the reality of our financial situation. We've got a lot of bills coming due over the next few years and no way to pay for them. The system is starting to collapse and you need to be aware of just how bad it is.

It's too early to tell if Alex Jones is finished but it's certainly going to be a lot harder for him to make a living now that iTunes, Youtube, Facebook, and Spotify have removed him from their platforms.

I think this is an attempt to do a couple of things. Number one, this helps to pacify the growing outrage over "Fake News" and "Hate Speech". Alex is the poster boy for both. By killing his show the platforms show they are doing something to combat the misinformation and hate on the internet.

Second, it advances their own agenda and puts other right-wing voices on notice. There will be a lot of far-right groups and pundits who pause before speaking after Alex got the chop.

He probably won't be the last either. Typically they'll have to shut down two or three people before anyone takes them seriously.

Today we'll talk about what this means for opposing views and the future of the internet.

I really enjoyed talking with Keith. He is not only well versed in Austrian economics, has a firm grip on the current state of our economy, but he also has a level head. He's not your typical Gold bug who spends his days consistently predicting the end of the dollar and the rise of gold. It was a refreshing conversation.

I'm always skeptical when I hear about a new Trump bombshell reservation and for good reason. Every time the claim has been made in the past its ended up being a huge letdown.

This one may be different. Omarosa has been with the president for years. First on The Apprentice and most recently at the White House. A revealing section of her new book suggests there may be a problem with the president's mental state.

However, this could all just be a big ruse to sell a lot of books. Omarosa got a seven-figure book deal and she needs to make sure the book sells well. It wouldn't shock me at all if it turns out to be a big marketing ploy.

Did you know there's a chance the next pandemic might kill 900 million people!!! Yep, that's what a new simulation determined. Turns out we run out of real things to be scared of so we're now creating fake pandemics to fear.

But what if it's true? What if there's a chance a new virus could kill a billion people? I say "So What?" I can't do anything about it so why would I waste time worrying about it.

We spend far to much time focused on things we can't change and not nearly enough time focused on the things we can change. My advice? Quit doing that. :)
