A recent shooting in Florida has called into question the Stand Your Ground law that allows those in immediate threat of death or great bodily harm to use deadly force in self-defense.

But a recent case calls into question the use of this law and the negative consequences it can have. I'll relay the story to you on the show and you can decide for yourself if the shooter went too far.

But I sat down and tried to come up with a good reason why San Francisco shouldn't allow it and I came up short.

Anyone who thinks it's just Republicans who beat the war drums needs to listen to today's episode.

I've been sitting in the studio for the past hour listening to one slimy politician after another get behind the mic and feign outrage over Trump's comments yesterday.

And over what? Trump suggesting he might not trust our intelligence community? Well let me be the first broadcaster to go on record saying "I DON'T TRUST OUR INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY!!"

They lie to us repeatedly and show a blatant disregard for the truth and our constitution. However, I don't think the president intended to insult our intelligence officers in the Q&A with reporters. I think he's just not all that bright. Listen to the show to find out more.

I'm not sure if I'm just getting tired of the rhetoric or if the media is just becoming that unhinged but earlier today former CIA Director John Brennan called out Trump over his comments during a press conference with President Putin of Russia going so far as to call the Presidents comments "treasonous".

Really? Treasonous? You listen and decide.

Andreson Cooper called it disgraceful and every news outlet in America (save Fox News of course) is angling for the presidents head.

What did the president say? Basically, he said there is blame on both side and American and Russia need to work together to foster a better relationship.

SHOCKING!

****Ron Paul says we're headed for another tumble. To their credit, CNBC had Ron Paul on this morning to discuss debts, deficits and fed policy and as usual, Paul used his time to sound the warning bell of an economic collapse.

I happen to agree but the timing is harder to determine. Until it happens, take the time to get prepared and always listen to this show every day. :)
