  1. Number 1: 1370: Peter Zeihan | North American Solutions to a Breaking World Order

War is getting cheaper, supply lines are in danger, and the old order is cracking. Peter Zeihan explains why it's breaking and what North America can do. Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1370 What We Discuss with Peter Zeihan:War just got cheaper, not less lethal. A drone costing double-digit dollars can now pick its own target, fly hundreds of miles, and destroy gear guarded by $4 million interceptors. Ukraine fires hundreds a day, and the edge that made piloted systems king is shrinking by the week.America blew through half its Patriot interceptors in the Iran war and can build only about 70 a year — refilling the stockpile is a 15-year math problem. The result: a broad drawdown of US power across the Eastern Hemisphere, because we can no longer afford to defend it.The real crisis isn't losing cheap gadgets — it's losing the building blocks. Roughly 80% of the world's steel, copper, lithium, and cobalt is processed in China. Break that system before a replacement exists, and we lose the materials that make the things that make everything else.AI isn't floating safely above the mess. Its best chips lean on about 9,000 companies and 100,000 production steps, so one broken link stalls the whole thing. Stack that on China's demographic freefall — a white-collar generation apparently never born — and 'fragile' undersells it.The way through: deepen North American integration — lock in NAFTA with Mexico and Canada and rebuild industrial capacity at home. Mexico's plants are largely built and Turkey is rising fast. The path exists; it just takes the discipline to stop dismantling the fix first. And much more...And if you're still game to support us, please leave a review here — even one sentence helps! 2. Number 2: 1371: Showed Intent to Roam, so In-Laws Stole Home | Feedback Friday

Your in-laws lowballed you for your own home, took the deed, and kept the cash. Do you fight family in court, or eat the loss? It's Feedback Friday! And in case you didn't already know it, Jordan Harbinger (@JordanHarbinger) and Gabriel Mizrahi (@GabeMizrahi) banter and take your comments and questions for Feedback Friday right here every week! If you want us to answer your question, register your feedback, or tell your story on one of our upcoming weekly Feedback Friday episodes, drop us a line at [email protected]. Now let's dive in! Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1371 On This Week's Feedback Friday:Your wife's parents paid off her mortgage, then "gifted" the renovations they now insist were a $225,000 investment. When you two planned to move states away, they demanded the house, lowballed you to $100,000, took the deed with no written contract — and never paid up. Can you claw it back?Everyone swears you'd make a great mom — you teach Sunday school, you "mother" a neighbor's two boys — but you have never wanted kids of your own. Your husband knew that before you married him at 18, yet he keeps pushing, promising he'll magically change once there's a baby. Do you hold the line?Your wife swapped a structured corporate career for an under-resourced nonprofit that promised training and delivered "figure it out." Now she's on a performance plan built to push her out, her confidence is shredded, and you're bracing for a fight over unemployment. Can she protect herself before the axe drops?Recommendation of the Week: Unsubscribe from every email you don't need — Jordan finally purged every newsletter, promo blast, and dormant Facebook group from his inbox, and calls the relief life-changing: less daily noise, and a quiet defection from the "push" world of stuff shoved at you back into the "pull" world you seek out yourself. You're a 48-year-old in Texas and the past two years erased your marriage, your career, your finances, even your dog. Your ex came out as trans, leaned on you through all of it, then discarded you the moment someone new appeared. You barely recognize yourself in the wreckage. 3. Number 3: 1372: Milk | Skeptical Sunday

Oat, almond, soy, dairy—the milk aisle is a culture war in your coffee. But what's best? Jessica Wynn brings all the truth to the yard on Skeptical Sunday! Welcome to Skeptical Sunday, a special edition of The Jordan Harbinger Show where Jordan and a guest break down a topic that you may have never thought about, open things up, and debunk common misconceptions. This time around, we’re joined by writer and researcher Jessica Wynn! Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1372 On This Week's Skeptical Sunday:On nutrition, dairy still wins — about eight grams of high-quality protein per cup versus one to two for most oat milks, plus it's the cheapest protein you can pour. Switching to plant milk to feel healthier can quietly cost you the very nutrition you assumed tagged along. The viral "gallons per almond" stat is engineered outrage — framed per nut, never per glass, and never beside dairy. Full life-cycle studies show dairy actually uses more total water and carries the biggest footprint of all. When a scary stat trends as an industry loses share, ask who funded it.Branding, not merit, decides what's in your cup — soy and pea rival dairy on protein, and hemp and pea are the cleanest options environmentally, yet all three barely sell. Pea milk's real handicap is its name. The market rewards the familiar and coffee-friendly, not the nutritionally best. The war over the word "milk" is mostly theater — the DAIRY PRIDE Act has stalled since 2017 because the FDA's own focus groups found nobody confuses oat milk with cow's milk. It was never about deception. It's about protecting the billions in market share dairy lost fair and square. There's no single "right" milk, only the one that fits your priority. Want nutrition? Soy or pea. Environment? Oat, pea, or hemp. Best latte? Oat or macadamia. Digest dairy fine? Enjoy it. For kids under five, ask a pediatrician, not a barista. Consistency beats purity.Connect with Jordan on Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. 4. Number 4: 1373: Sonja Lyubomirsky | Five Mindsets to Get You More of What Matters

Money, fame, and abs buy admiration, not intimacy. How to Feel Loved author Sonja Lyubomirsky reveals the five mindsets that make you feel loved. Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1373 What We Discuss with Sonja Lyubomirsky:Being loved and feeling loved are two different things. Surveys found 70 percent of people can name a close relationship where the love just isn't landing. Someone can adore you completely, but if it never clears your firewall, you can feel utterly alone in a room full of people who care. The fix isn't becoming more lovable or overhauling your partner — it's changing the next conversation. A relationship is really just a series of conversations, which means feeling more loved is far more under your control than the entire self-help aisle wants you to believe.Money, status, and six-pack abs buy admiration, not intimacy — and admiration never makes anyone feel known. Optimizing your dating life like you're shopping for a used Porsche, chasing the mythical 'four sixes,' only builds a more elaborate CAPTCHA for loneliness. The five love languages are closer to pop theology than science. Researchers debunked the idea that partners must 'match' or the relationship is doomed. There are far more than five ways to connect, and the two everyone actually craves are simply quality time and words of affirmation. If you don't feel loved, go first. Get curious, listen to learn instead of to reply, share, and lead with warmth. Text that old friend, ask your parents real questions, break out the conversation cards. Connection is a skill, and every small drop counts. And much more...And if you're still game to support us, please leave a review here — even one sentence helps! 5. Number 5: 1374: Safety Compromised by Husband, Traumatized | Feedback Friday

War and police work broke your husband, then he ditched his meds. Do you stand by a spiraling man, or shield your sons from him? It's Feedback Friday! And in case you didn't already know it, Jordan Harbinger (@JordanHarbinger) and Gabriel Mizrahi (@GabeMizrahi) banter and take your comments and questions for Feedback Friday right here every week! If you want us to answer your question, register your feedback, or tell your story on one of our upcoming weekly Feedback Friday episodes, drop us a line at [email protected]. Now let's dive in! Full show notes and resources can be found here: jordanharbinger.com/1374 On This Week's Feedback Friday:Don't want to hear about Gabe's Spanish hippie countryside misadventures? Fast forward to 16 minutes and 20 seconds!19 years married, two young sons, and a husband whose army malaria-drug trial and years as a cop left him traumatized — now off his meds, raging at every institution on Earth, and dropping $60K on domain names in a manic spree. Your compassion is bottomless, but so is the toll on the kids. When does devotion quietly curdle into self-sacrifice?Nine years in, blended families and shared pets, and you don't doubt his love for a second — but your name isn't on the deed, the mortgage, or anything a hospital or a court would ever recognize. Raise it, and he changes the subject. You want protection, not necessarily a ring. How do you get a straight answer without lobbing an ultimatum?Your mother-in-law raised four thriving kids in a spotless home, and now you can barely cross her rooms for the Dollar Tree hauls of stuff she already owns and can't find. She's hypersensitive, a past with the bottle lurks nearby, and you're the closest of her kids — so the job of stepping in falls to you. How do you broach the hoarding without shattering her?Recommendation of the Week: visualping.io — a tireless little watchdog that monitors any web page for changes and emails you the moment something moves, whether it's a piece of software that won't auto-update, a Wikipedia edit, your own site going down, or the kids' Little League schedule. Jordan's quietly made it a staple of his workflow.Weeks ago you were sharing custody of Frankie with an ex who demanded 50-50 but turned up maybe 10 percent of the year and never chipped in a dime for vet bills. Jordan and Gabe told you to keep her full-time — so you finally sent the message you'd been dreading for weeks. Did it detonate the way you braced for, or something stranger?Have any questions, comments, or stories you'd like to share with us?
