Tantra has been an integral part of the healing journey of a lot of people. This is one of the things I love about tantra, is that it has allowed people to have a space for healing and openness. It has opened up a pathway to allow people to heal their inner child during their adult lives. Healing is a process and a journey. One will continuously have to put in the work to grow and stay connected with the body and mind. It is  always going to be a work in progress.
