We of course have our usual catch up but then I put the record straight with a few articles that have been out in the press this week. Apparantly I was naked in the back of Chris Eubank's car at his 30th birthday. You'll have to tune in to get my reaction on that one. Then there was a headline about Mylene Klass which my family gave me a lot of stick for so I had a bit of explaining to do. And an old headline about Kelly Brook and I resurfaced. For those of you who don't know. Kelly and I had a relationship with the same man. Although not at the same time. It wasn't a great time for either of us to be honest so I give my reaction to that and I also give my view on some names I was supposed to have called Kelly.

Then there are your sex dilemmas. Well I am an experienced lady after all so I have a lot of advice to give. I've probably got too much to say and my advice ends up leaving Soph in stitches of laughter.

Hey guys!! We're back!!! So sorry the podcast has had a few interruptions these last couple of weeks. I've been tied down with the tour and rubbish internet connection.

I'm starting 4 days off and Soph and I are on form. With my tour coming to an end I am looking ahead to Christmas. spoiler alert, I'm recording a Christmas single. Harvey's with me too being his usual funny self. He gives me his list of what he wants for Christmas. He is so cute!!

We've had a week off because of the tour but we're back. Things are going really well for me at the moment. My tour is selling out and the press are being a lot more positive. But the threat of a fart sends Soph into a panic. She doesn't want anything to ruin this wave of positivity that we are on at the moment.

Our producer Ben even reads out some amazing messages from our fans which we react to. It's so nice to know that so many of you are behind me and always have my back.

We of course have a good old catch up whilst I get changed for one of my shows and Soph teases me for having a long bum.

I'm still on tour but the show must go on. Since the last pod, I have recorded the music video for my new single. It might be fleeting but I'm really enjoying all the music currently.

Straight of the back of having a number one single in the charts, I haven't wasted any time in getting into the studio to record a new single. I feel like the bubble is about to burst any minute. But I'm riding the wave whilst it lasts.

To be honest, it's such a wierd feeling to get so much support and positivity in the press. For the last decade I have been used to being vilified and having so much negativity and hate thrown my way.

I've been honest about my mistakes. I've done silly things and I've suffered a lot with my mental health but I feel like I have really turned things around now it feels so good to be in a much better place and see how you have all reacted.

I can't thank you all enough for making one of my songs number. It really is a dream come true and it shows no matter how bad things can be, it will get better and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Long may it continue

OMG, there has been so much going on in the press again this week and I know you guys have tuned in to get the gossip and we won't dissapoint you.

It feels a little bit weird to be honest. I'm used to getting bad press and people trolling me. I have been through my share of set backs and my breakdowns have been widely publicised. But I feel like I am in a far better place now and in more control of things. Some of the stuff that has happened recently I would have reacted to differently in the past but my mental health is much stronger now.
