  • FAUCI Lack of Accountability

Anthony Fauci appeared before the Senate under subpoena on July 29, 2026, and declined to answer the committee's questions, invoking his Fifth Amendment right. He had already received a preemptive pardon from President Joe Biden before any criminal charges had been filed. This episode examines the accountability questions surrounding that decision: what a preemptive pardon actually protects, why Fauci's attorneys still advised him to remain silent, why the committee chairman now says the underlying legal issue has never been tested in court, and why Canada—which used the Inquiries Act to investigate the Emergencies Act—has never opened a national inquiry into its own pandemic response.I also explain where I stand on COVID-19 origins, and why. The FBI, the Department of Energy, and the CIA have all assessed a laboratory origin as the more likely explanation, while China has withheld the records that could help settle the question for six years. That is my position, clearly identified as my opinion, with the supporting sources below so you can evaluate the evidence for yourself.Every source is linked—including sources that disagree with me.SourcesSenate HSGAC hearing page — https://www.hsgac.senate.gov/hearings/testimony-of-anthony-fauci/Hearing video (C-SPAN) — https://www.c-span.org/event/senate-committee/dr-anthony-fauci-testifies-on-the-covid-19-pandemic/445410Diary package (Sen. • Harvard and two Canadian doctors want this rule “reassessed”

A new paper in the New England Journal of Medicine—written by two Canadian critical-care physicians and a Harvard Medical School bioethicist—asks whether the dead donor rule should be "reassessed" for MAiD patients. Specifically, it explores whether organs could be retrieved while a patient is sedated, unconscious, and still alive, with the organ retrieval itself becoming the cause of death. As reported by the National Post, the authors argue that requiring a formal declaration of death before organ retrieval may be "ethically arbitrary," and describe the proposal as "a Pareto improvement: no one would be made worse off."In this episode, we break down:- What the paper actually says, including its important caveats. The authors are not calling for the dead donor rule to be abandoned, no jurisdiction is currently considering this proposal, and they explicitly call for "open, transparent dialogue."- Why this proposal has unmistakable Canadian fingerprints. Canada now leads the world in organ donation after MAiD, with 41 cases in 2021 compared with 20 combined across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Spain. Since 2016, there have been more than 155 MAiD organ donors in Canada.- The five-minute "no-touch" protocol that currently separates death from organ retrieval, and why some researchers believe it should be reconsidered.- The objections from within the medical ethics community, including bioethicist Lainie Friedman Ross, who told NPR: "Which I think is murder."- The broader pattern: 2016 (terminal illness only), 2021 (terminal illness requirement removed), and March 2027 (mental illness eligibility). The phrase "No one is proposing that" has often meant "not yet published." This proposal is now published in one of the world's leading medical journals.I warned for years that euthanasia and organ donation were on a path toward convergence and was repeatedly told it was misinformation. Now, the discussion is appearing in a peer-reviewed medical journal.SOURCESSharon Kirkey, "'Death by organ donation': Doctors raise possibility of retrieving organs from MAID patients while they are still alive," National Post (July 23, 2026):https://unpublished.ca/news-feed-item/2026-07-23/death-by-organ-donation-doctors-raise-possibility-of-retrieving-organs"Contextualizing the Dead Donor Rule in an Era of Voluntary Euthanasia," New England Journal of Medicine:https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMms2601611NPR – Lainie Friedman Ross interview:https://www.northcountrypublicradio.org/news/npr/nx-s1-5883714/a-new-proposal-for-organ-donation-sparks-concernCanadian Blood Services – Professional guidance on organ donation and MAiD:https://professionaleducation.blood.ca/en/organs-and-tissues/professional-guidance/deceased-donation-after-maidNational Post (prior reporting) – American recipient of a heart from an Ontario ALS patient who died by MAiD:https://ca.news.yahoo.com/american-man-gets-heart-38-110042532.htmlPRE-ORDERDo No Harm?: How the Healthcare Industry Legalized Murder (Skyhorse, March 2027)https://www.amazon.com/dp/151078893XBuy me a coffee! - https://buymeacoffee.com/kelsisherenDo No Harm? - https://www.amazon.com/dp/1683585763?ref_=cm_sw_r_ffobk_cp_ud_dp_SC8YGT87SPJ1VB8SAYP1Let's connect!Substack: https://substack.com/@kelsisherenRumble - https://rumble.com/user/TheKelsiSherenPerspectiveInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/thekelsisherenperspective?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw%3D%3DX: https://x.com/KelsisherenSUPPORT OUR PEOPLE - - - - - - - - - - - -Ketone IQ- 30% off with code KELSI - https://ketone.com/KELSIGood Livin - 20% off with code KELSI - https://www.itsgoodlivin.com/?ref=KELSIBrass & Unity - 20% off with code UNITY - http://www.brassandunity.com

  • Ford’s biggest executed threat lasted about 24 hours

"We are an energy powerhouse, and we can dismantle the U.S. if we wanted to—if we all work together."Those were Ontario Premier Doug Ford's words after Washington announced new 50% tariffs on Canadian goods. In this episode, I don't play the eight-second clip—I read the entire transcript. We compare Ford's claims about Canada's leverage—electricity, oil, and potash—against the tariff proclamations, the exemption list, and what actually happened after his promises in March 2025.What happened?• "Cut off their energy."• "Go back twice as hard."• Stop nickel shipments.• Shut off electricity.Ontario's electricity surcharge lasted one day before it was suspended for trade talks—and it never returned. This isn't an argument for surrender. It's about the difference between the strong play and the loud play—and what happens when rhetoric and results don't match.CHAPTERS00:00 The Quote — All of It01:45 What Was Said in Charlottetown04:00 The Map of the Room06:00 Whose Levers?08:00 The Tape: March 202510:00 Sponsor11:15 Three Things to Watch13:30 My Verdict15:00 Watch the Sixteen MinutesSOURCESBarrie 360https://barrie360.com/doug-ford-canada-dismantle-us-trump-tariffs-premiers-meeting/Radio-Canadahttps://ici.radio-canada.ca/rci/en/news/2270786/council-of-the-federation-meeting-prince-edward-islandGlobal Newshttps://globalnews.ca/video/11974436/we-can-dismantle-the-u-s-doug-ford-other-canadian-premiers-react-to-trump-50-tariff-threatInvestment Executivehttps://www.investmentexecutive.com/news/economy/ford-says-canada-can-dismantle-u-s-ahead-of-meeting-between-carney-and-premiers/NPRhttps://www.npr.org/2026/07/21/nx-s1-5901905/trump-imposes-tariffs-canadian-goodsABC Newshttps://abcnews.com/Politics/trump-slaps-additional-50-tariff-canadian-goods/story?id=134929955CBChttps://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/ford-election-win-tariffs-eve-1.7472940The Hillhttps://thehill.com/policy/international/5173914-ontario-premier-doug-ford-tariff-threat/KARE 11https://www.kare11.com/article/news/local/gov-walz-ontario-premier-doug-ford-electricity-shut-off-threat/89-7fc8a6c4-76eb-49c0-891d-57e32d96cbf2CNBChttps://www.cnbc.com/2025/03/11/ontarios-ford-suspends-us-electric-surcharge-says-lutnick-agrees-to-trade-talks.htmlCBChttps://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/trump-ford-ontario-electricity-tariffs-trade-war-1.7480234Global Newshttps://globalnews.ca/news/11081246/ontario-ford-keep-energy-tariff-paused/CBChttps://www.cbc.ca/lite/story/1.7486948📖 PRE-ORDERhttps://www.amazon.com/dp/151078893X?lv=shuf&channelId=500&plpRedirect=mhFallback☕ Buy Me a Coffeehttps://buymeacoffee.com/kelsisherenSubstackhttps://substack.com/@kelsisherenRumblehttps://rumble.com/user/TheKelsiSherenPerspectiveInstagramhttps://www.instagram.com/thekelsisherenperspectiveXhttps://x.com/KelsisherenKetone IQhttps://ketone.com/KELSIGood Livinhttps://www.itsgoodlivin.com/?ref=KELSIBrass & Unityhttp://www.brassandunity.com

  • She told CTV she couldn’t get care. Then came the ad

Meta's own Advertising Standards state that ads "must not encourage suicide." Yet Canada's largest assisted-dying advocacy organization spent more than $1 million on advertising in 2025—$1,013,241, according to its audited financial statements. During that same period, Meta approved 6,782 of its ads and generated $720,193 in advertising revenue from them. The documents are all public. In this episode, I put them side by side and ask the question many fact-checkers never addressed: How is any of this allowed? The answer comes down to one word—and one legal distinction. MAiD is not classified as suicide under Canadian law. It is not recorded as suicide by Health Canada, nor is it listed that way on death certificates. That distinction changes how the practice is categorized and helps explain why these advertisements are treated differently under existing policies. Also in this episode, we examine the real story behind the viral "All Is Beauty" video. The film is authentic and was produced by Canadian retailer La Maison Simons—not the government or an advocacy organization. We also revisit the story of Jennyfer Hatch, who told CTV News before her death that she felt unsupported by British Columbia's healthcare system. Finally, we follow the money. Dying With Dignity Canada's audited financial statements show the organization spent $1,013,241 on advertising in 2025—approximately 34 cents of every donated dollar—while reporting $8.76 million in reserves.Chapters00:00 Jennyfer01:45 The Ad Is Real — And Who Actually Made It03:30 Meta's Own Rulebook05:00 A Million Dollars a Year — And Meta's Cut08:00 One Word10:00 Sponsor11:15 Back to Jennyfer13:30 Who Profits?15:30 My Verdict17:30 Three Tabs — Check It YourselfSourcesMeta Advertising Standards – Suicide, Self-Injury and Eating Disordershttps://transparency.meta.com/policies/ad-standards/objectionable-content/suicide-selfinjury-eating-disorders/Meta Advertising Standardshttps://transparency.meta.com/policies/ad-standards/Meta Safety Center – Suicide Preventionhttps://www.meta.com/safety/topics/wellbeing/suicide-prevention/Meta Ad Library – Ad Spend Reportshttps://www.facebook.com/ads/library/report/Dying With Dignity Canada – Audited Financial Statements (2025)https://www.dyingwithdignity.ca/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/20251231-DWDC-Financial-Statements.pdfThe Canadian Press – Fact File on the Simons Videohttps://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/fact-file-video-maid-patient-181510834.htmlAFP Fact Checkhttps://www.yahoo.com/news/articles/video-published-canadian-retailer-not-162914705.htmlCTV News – Jennyfer Hatch Interview(Producer: Add original CTV News article URL.)Charity Intelligence Canada – Dying With Dignity Canadahttps://www.charityintelligence.ca/charity-details/458-dying-with-dignity-canadaThe Walrus – "The Lobby Group That Owns the Conversation around Assisted Deaths"https://thewalrus.ca/dying-with-dignity-lobby/Dying With Dignity Canadahttps://www.dyingwithdignity.ca/My Full Financial Breakdownhttps://kelsisheren.substack.com/p/they-spent-a-million-dollars-advertising📖 Pre-OrderDo No Harm? • Carney says negotiate Trump gave him 30 days and a 1930 law

On Monday, July 20, President Trump signed three proclamations under Section 338 of the Tariff Act of 1930 — the first recorded use of the provision in nearly a century — imposing 50% tariffs on a wide range of Canadian goods, from wine to hockey sticks to cement, effective August 19. They apply regardless of CUSMA coverage. In this episode: exactly what was signed and what’s excluded (energy, potash, fish, critical minerals); the White House’s stated reason in its own words — that Canada was one of only two countries, alongside China, to retaliate against last year’s tariffs; who actually pays a tariff (American importers and consumers on one side, Canadian order books and jobs on the other — the Prime Minister’s own statement concedes it); the Carney and Ford responses; the untested 1930 law and the Supreme Court context; and the accountability question: the grievances were public for months, so where was the plan?SOURCES• White House fact sheet + Section 338 proclamations (July 20, 2026):• ABC News — administration briefing quotes (“hold Canada accountable,” alcohol/provinces detail): https://abcnews.com/Politics/trump-slaps-additional-50-tariff-canadian-goods/story?id=134929955• NPR — exclusions, CUSMA non-renewal, negotiation window to 2036, Carney statement: https://www.npr.org/2026/07/21/nx-s1-5901905/trump-imposes-tariffs-canadian-goods• Al Jazeera — Section 338 first use in nearly a century, product breakdown, USTR quote: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2026/7/21/trumps-new-50-percent-canada-tariffs-what-products-are-affected-and-why• Al Jazeera — “direct violation” (Carney), China comparison, CUSMA coverage: https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2026/7/21/trump-imposes-50-us-tariffs-on-some-canadian-goods-citing-discrimination• CNBC — three proclamations detail, Ford “tariff for tariff” post, Section 338 “unused for decades”: https://www.cnbc.com/2026/07/20/trump-tariffs-canada-trade.html• CNN — August 19 effective date, Supreme Court context: https://www.cnn.com/2026/07/21/economy/trump-tariffs-who-is-next• Washington Post — announcement, “discriminatory” trade barriers framing: https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2026/07/20/trump-says-he-will-impose-50-percent-tariffs-canada/Substack: https://kelsisheren.substack.comRumble: https://rumble.com/user/TheKelsiSherenPerspectiveX: https://x.com/KelsisherenInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/thekelsisherenperspective#Tariffs #Trump #Canada #CanadianPolitics #USPolitics #TradeBuy me a coffee! - https://buymeacoffee.com/kelsisherenLet's connect!Substack: https://substack.com/@kelsisherenRumble - https://rumble.com/user/TheKelsiSherenPerspectiveInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/thekelsisherenperspective?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw%3D%3DX: https://x.com/KelsisherenSUPPORT OUR PEOPLE - - - - - - - - - - - -Ketone IQ- 30% off with code KELSI - https://ketone.com/KELSIGood Livin - 20% off with code KELSI - https://www.itsgoodlivin.com/?ref=KELSIBrass & Unity - 20% off with code UNITY - http://www.brassandunity.com

  • Carney says criticizing from afar doesn't work So Canada went quiet

On July 9, Mark Carney became the first Canadian Prime Minister to visit Saudi Arabia in 26 years — a Royal Palace meeting with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, thirteen commercial agreements the PMO values at over $1 billion, and one sentence doing all the work: publicly condemning countries from afar is “an ineffective strategy.”In 2018, Canada spoke up about Saudi Arabia's human rights record and paid for it — an expelled ambassador and a five-year diplomatic freeze. • Washington is finally asking the question Canada refused to ask

On July 9, two Republicans and two Democrats sent HHS Secretary RFK Jr. and CMS Administrator Mehmet Oz the same warning: physician-assisted suicide inside America's federally funded hospice programs has no reporting requirements—no tracking for coercion, discrimination, or drug diversion—despite roughly 90% of these patients being hospice-enrolled in Washington State. The letter responds to an open federal docket (91 Fed. • Mexico is negotiating with Trump this week Canada isn't in the room

On July 1, the United States declined to renew CUSMA, the North American trade agreement that currently covers roughly 90% of Canadian exports, starting the review process that could ultimately lead to its expiration in 2036.The U.S. has signaled it expects an "entry fee" of concessions before serious negotiations begin. Canada has already made one major concession by cancelling its Digital Services Tax in an effort to restart talks—but negotiations stalled again anyway.Meanwhile, the United States and Mexico have now held their third round of trade talks, while Canada has yet to begin its first. This isn't a Trump episode or a Carney episode. • Your $900 million left Canada this week. Try finding the receipts

Mark Carney announced approximately $900 million in new military support for Ukraine at the NATO summit on July 7.According to the Prime Minister's Office, the package includes:• $475 million for ammunition• Approximately $400 million for 35 Canadian-made armoured vehicles• $50 million for "critical technology"But the numbers add up to $925 million. The government never specified the currency. The written PMO readout doesn't match the remarks made at the podium regarding air defence. And Canada's Department of Finance has previously redacted details of federal aid to Ukraine. In this episode, I break down the math, examine the inconsistencies, and explain what a real paper trail for nearly a billion dollars of public spending should look like.Sources• PMO breakdown (via Kyiv Independent)https://kyivindependent.com/canada-pledges-900-million-to-ukraine-for-vehicles-and-ammo-but-no-air-defense/• Epoch Times ($475M / $400M / $50M breakdown; $2.8B 2026 commitment)https://www.theepochtimes.com/world/canada-to-provide-ukraine-900m-for-ammo-armoured-vehicles-carney-6058644• Ukrainska Pravda (currency unspecified)https://www.pravda.com.ua/eng/news/2026/07/07/8042849/• Kyiv Post (podium remarks on air defence)https://www.kyivpost.com/post/79782• Euromaidan Presshttps://euromaidanpress.com/2026/07/07/canada-announces-900-million-military-aid-package/• Juno News ($25.5B total aid; Department of Finance redactions)https://www.junonews.com/p/pm-carney-pledges-900m-aid-package• LIGA.net ("over $925 million"; Development Support Recovery Bank)https://news.liga.net/en/war/news/official-canada-has-announced-a-new-aid-package-for-ukraine-worth-over-900-millionChapters00:00 Introduction00:30 The announcement02:30 Which currency?04:00 The vehicle math05:30 The mismatch07:00 The redactions08:00 What accountability looks like12:00 The word everybody's using13:30 Who gets the money?15:30 Your household's share17:30 Final thoughts#CanadianPolitics #GovernmentAccountability #UkraineAid #NATOSummit #MarkCarney #ForeignAid #DefenseSpending #Taxpayers #CanadaBuy me a coffee! - https://buymeacoffee.com/kelsisherenLet's connect!Substack: https://substack.com/@kelsisherenRumble - https://rumble.com/user/TheKelsiSherenPerspectiveInstagram - https://www.instagram.com/thekelsisherenperspective?utm_source=ig_web_button_share_sheet&igsh=ZDNlZDc0MzIxNw%3D%3DX: https://x.com/KelsisherenSUPPORT OUR PEOPLE - - - - - - - - - - - -Ketone IQ- 30% off with code KELSI - https://ketone.com/KELSIGood Livin - 20% off with code KELSI - https://www.itsgoodlivin.com/?ref=KELSIBrass & Unity - 20% off with code UNITY - http://www.brassandunity.com

  • Why I took Canada's warning to Tucker Carlson

Sometime this spring, Canada passed an estimated **103,000 Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) deaths** since legalization—and almost nobody noticed.Health Canada's official reports currently run nearly a year behind. The 103,000 figure comes from the Euthanasia Prevention Coalition, which compiled the latest official provincial data released across Canada. In this episode, I walk through that methodology, compare Canada's 2016 MAID law with New York's 2026 law line by line, and examine what Canada's experience may mean as more U.S. states debate similar legislation.New York's law is scheduled to take effect next month. Illinois follows on September 12. Massachusetts is expected to vote by July 31. Seventeen U.S. states introduced or debated medical aid-in-dying legislation this year, and roughly one in three Americans already lives in a state where some form of physician-assisted dying is authorized.I also share what happened behind the scenes during my conversation with Tucker Carlson—and why I believe this debate is only beginning.CHAPTERS0:00 — 103,000: the number few people heard about1:00 — Why this channel tracks the data1:20 — Canada's 2025 numbers, province by province2:45 — Canada's 2016 law vs. New York's 2026 law8:00 — Promises vs. outcomes10:00 — A word from our sponsors10:30 — Inside the room with Tucker Carlson15:00 — Who's counting? The estimated 2025–2026 total discussed in this episode is based on provincial government data compiled by the Euthanasia Prevention Coalition.
