Foraging can be a scary concept if you do not have the resources and tools to safely identify and understand what to forage. And that’s why I want to break it down with a few things you must know before starting your foraging journey.
I want to educate my daughters on foraging and I want them to be aware and safely able to distinguish between what plants are safe for food and medicine or which plants are toxic and can cause harm.
As mentioned in this episode I have started a new instagram page dedicated to foraging. Go head over there and give me a follow @nz_forager. I wanted to keep my @diyplantman page dedicated to small space gardening and thought it best to separate the two for you to follow which ever one you choose.
Hope you guys learn something from this episode
Enjoy
Ezra
It’s important to give yourself direction and to focus on a few things at a time when it comes to working out what goals you want to achieve.
In this episode I talk about 3 goals I want to accomplish this year, from creating a thriving garden, to educating myself on foraging, and creating new ways of interacting and sharing my knowledge with my friends and community.
Make sure to give me a follow on Instagram, Facebook, and/or Tiktok.
I would love to hear what your goals are too!
I hope you enjoy this episode!
Happy New Year.

In this episode we look at a few things we can be incorporating into our gardens to help with pest control and to increase plant health. From trap crops to encouraging predator insects, and the use of copper in the garden, these are a few solutions we will be diving into.
