I think he's 27 years old, lives here in Charleston, South Carolina, does seven figures net annually in his real estate business -- DESPITE what happened with the market in 2022 -- and is on pace to do many times that this year in 2023. More importantly than having a successful business, he's got an amazing lifestyle. The dude surfs, he travels around the world, goes overseas, goes to the South Pacific for months and months on end, and still does the volume that he's doing.
