Today I'm sitting down with my boy, Chris Lam. Chris has actually been on Spilling the Beans before talking about his credit business. Back then he was helping businesses get business lines of credit and gain access to capital, and that has parlayed into him being able to then get into a bunch of real estate deals and be the funding arm for a bunch of developers and builders on the new construction side. He's gone through a lot of learning curves on that side of things, but he bought right, he stuck to good fundamentals in that side of his business, and I'm excited to hear what he's learned over the course of the past year or two as he's gone down that path and how he's going to continue developing that business over the course of the next couple of years.
