Our annual Work and Play trip is right around the corner and this year we are traveling to Charleston, South Carolina. Spray Tans.... we love them because they give you a glow without the sun damage and they have come a long way since 2009 when you looked like a Cheetos and smelt like Body Odor after the spray. Today's episode is all about prepping your skin for that sunless tan - whether spray tanned or self tanner application. Today’s episode we will talk about the Glymed Products to prep your skin, about the at home protocol to prep your skin, tips to make the sunless tan look amazing, and our favorite place to get a sunless spray tan!

PREPPING SKIN PRE SUNLESS TAN

Once you are in the Shower-
Gentle Facial Cleanser- Rub into palms and do body and face

Apply Alpha Therapeutic Ultimate Body Scrub. Dispense scrub to palms and apply to each section of the body. - I usually start with feet and work my way up to legs, booty, stomach, arms, and back)

For Face: Dispense Professional Micro Scrub with PC10 to palms and apply to face, neck, and décolleté. Gently massage for 2-3 minutes. Rinse off
Once you get out of shower-dry off and apply as follows:
For Body: Apply Alpha Therapeutic Hand & Body Lotion. Dispense lotion and smooth a thin layer over skin. Do not apply to face
