AJ gives a detailed Cape Cod Canal fishing report featuring Striped Bass, Bonito, and Tautog. The fishing in the canal has picked up this week and also been accompanied by pleasant weather conditions to fish in. The east end of the canal has been featuring schools of larger above slot size Striped Bass and solid Bonito feeds as well.
This podcast also discusses optimal tides to fish the canal heading into the weekend and next week, the Tuna fishery which has reopened commercially, and the funny fish bite in Buzzards Bay and Elizabeth Islands.

Large schools of Bonito are plentiful of the shoreline of Falmouth and into Vineyard Sound and the False Albacore have begun to show up as well. Evan and his father landed a very large "Albie" mixed in a school of feeding Bonito!
In addition, this podcast discusses Fluke and Sea Bass in the sounds and shoals, Brown Sharks from shore along the South Side facing beaches, and the offshore bite for Blue Fin Tuna.
