If you don’t set boundaries, the #narcissist will literally suck the life out of you! They won’t stop. You have to stop the cycle of abuse by going no contact. They will constantly change your narrative to what they want it to be. Which will usually be something malicious, just to create drama and to antagonize you. Love yourself enough to know you deserve better!
