Staying true to form, Games Director Dave Castro added a twist to one of the movements in the 2018 CrossFit Open by changing the requirements for the Handstand Pushup. In doing so it created a disadvantage for a certain percentage of our population who have some anatomical differences. One of those being 3 times Games Athlete Jacob Heppner.
Brody and I have a discussion on how this impacted many in our community and debate; is this new standard really standard?

Jacob Heppner's Post:
When I started this fitness journey and told people about my transition to CrossFit, I often herd comments about how dangerous it was or how their pull-ups were wrong. The thing that struck me as odd when I asked them about their experience with CrossFit, is that not many of them had ever tried it.
In this weeks episode, Bro and I try to understand “Why Does Everyone Hate CrossFit?”
