Today we talked to Adewole who is a Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor specialising in Large scale development projects.

For the past 10 years, he’s been working with developers (both private and public) to manage small to large scale projects in both the private and public sectors. At present, he is a senior development manager who leads the development of 1000 homes in east London with a total development cost of over £600m.

He has worked with some of the established players in property development and is now keen to give it a go for himself, so stay tuned. He also has a blog called alakedreaming where he discusses property development, homeownership and much more.

Today we speak to Chris Riberio retired professional footballer who now helps invest in property and build portfolios. Chris, unfortunately, had a bad injury on his debut which meant he had to retire by 27 and always played in pain. 

Knowing he had an injury that would cut a short career even shorter he saw the importance of creating a long term income stream and now shares this with other professional athletes. Let us know in the comments what you think.

After speaking to @LN Capital about his deals in Nottingham, we might be heading to the midlands to land our next deal. Luigi is 26 with 7 properties and is currently in the process of acquiring 5 more, starting from £6,000! 

He talks about using his own money, but also using other people's money and doing JVs to excel in his growth. Definitely a great listen.

This is a podcast with a slight twist, although the Tiktok star Poku Banks is not into property.... he is into investing.. saving and understands the key fundamentals of financial literacy which for most people is the basic knowledge you will need to get into property in the first place.....
