The Penthouse with Peta

Elaine Hendrix stops by for an unfiltered, emotional conversation that goes way deeper than the ballroom. Fresh off Dancing with the Stars, Elaine opens up about what it really takes to compete at that level, pushing through pain, hiding injuries, and showing up every week while the internet has opinions about literally everything. We get into the mental and emotional toll of social media, online hate, and how different fame feels now compared to the 90s.

We rewind to her rise in Hollywood with iconic projects like The Parent Trap and Freaky Friday while breaking down what it was like learning the industry in your 20s before Instagram, TikTok, and dating apps ran the world.

The convo goes everywhere in the best way. Sex, dating, modern relationships, kids, not having kids, life after a massive show, and the moment where you realize success doesn't look the way you were told it would.

Honest, vulnerable, funny, and low-key therapeutic, this episode is about reinvention, survival, and redefining what winning actually means. If you care about real stories behind fame, DWTS, 90s Hollywood, or figuring it out in public, this one's for you.

Burgatroyd is back, baby! Welcome to the very first episode of Stuck Into It with Sharna Burgess and Peta Murgatroyd where we get messy!

In episode one, the girls get properly stuck into how they met, why their friendship instantly clicked, and how life went from dance floors to full-on mom chaos real fast. They talk kids growing up way too quickly, past relationships, dating nightmares that should honestly be illegal, and the absolute madness of parenting no one warns you about.

This is two best friends checking in with each other. Real conversations, no gloss, no pretending.

Just like life, this series is a work in progress — and we want you in it!
