Our relationships are just a unique as we are. We're joined by best-selling author, Relationship Diversity advocate and host of the Relationship Diversity Podcast, Carrie Jeroslow, to discuss how to design our relationships to reflect who we are.
We talk about how to bring intentionality into intimate relationships by shedding the programming of what relationships 'should' look like and asking ourselves what we want. Carrie opens up about her journey in and out of non-monogamy and how she opened her marriage after years of monogamy.
Carrie tells us about the need to understand ourselves before we design our relationships, how to check-in with ourselves and our partners and how to discuss relationship orientation with kids.
First, Siobhan updates Rich on the Australia Census story (and it's a good update, yay) and Rich shares a recent article about kids growing up with polyamorous parents (also a positive story, double yay!)
You can find Carrie and all her offerings, including her podcast, at her website. She's the best-selling author of Why Do They Always Break Up With Me? You can also find Carrie on Instagram, Tik Tok and YouTube.
You can hear us on the Relationship Diversity Podcast, too.

Today, we examine the complications and considerations relationships of more than two need to consider when combining finances, moving in together and having children.
We chat to Laura Boyle, creator of Ready for Polyamory and author of the recently released book 'Monogamy? In This Economy?' about how to navigate household budgets, how to know when to move in with your partners and metamours and how to deal with unplanned pregnancies.
First, Siobhan tells Rich about an Australian news story involving the next census and the erasure of Queer people.
A huge thanks to Laura for joining us on the show. You can find all of her work at the Ready For Polyamory website, including her new book, Monogamy? In This Economy? You can also check out Laura's polyamory glossary.

We answer questions on transitioning to a long distance dynamic, how to deal with intense crushes and what meaningful media representation looks like.
To kick off, Rich shares a recent experience of being ghosted after coming out as poly to a prospective partner.

Is non-monogamy Queer? Does it fit under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella? Does it even need a category at all?
We are joined by sound healer, coach, Queer mentor and host of the Queer and Poly Podcast Liana Griebsch to discuss where non-monogamy fits and why people feel the need to categorise it at all. We chat about the parallels between the Queer and non-monog experiences, the opportunities and limits of language and how to navigate the chronic 'boxing' of minority identities.
