Ally Melendez is an entertainment host. She hosts the show Stadium Authentic on YES Network for the Yankees. Since a young age, Ally has been filled with gratitude for good things around her. She carried this attitude into her career. She believes that when you are grateful, good things happen. Since the pandemic hit, Ally realized she needed to think of a new route for her career. When sports games started to get canceled and postponed, she made the decision to mentor people in the pandemic. She now teaches a course called “The On-Air Institute”.

 

She talks about how she has been able to use social media to create a clear, consistent message to your followers and get people interested in your brand. A lot of people get discouraged about not having enough followers, but Ally recommends that you stay positive and use the followers that you do have to get them more engaged. Your followers are there because they want to be there. Don’t be afraid to get started and posting content. People will respond to what you put out more than you think.
