When you say ‘yes’ to something or someone, you are saying ‘no’ to something else or to yourself. ⚡️ The power of saying ‘no’ and protecting your energy is insane. When I first started as an ‘influencer’ I would say yes to every event, podcast & opportunity, but I soon realised that I was busy but not progressing. Once I started being intentional with my time I started moving mountains, I became less stressed and I now barely ever get to the point of burn out.
