  • Where Are You Sabotaging Yourself?

    Episode #62

By leveling up in your life, you are exposing yourself to more possibilities that require you to face your fears, step in, and see what life has in store for you. Who you believe yourself to be and what kind of standard you have dictates how you will perform and how you level up your performance.

When you uplevel, you will feel that some things you are currently doing are not aligned anymore with your new level, making it important to realign things. This type of mindset will guide you to where you are going and will help align you with your vision.

One of the ways to uplevel and re-align with your new standards is to identify or uncover your unconscious commitments.

Examine yourself why you are in the situations you are in, what direction you really want to go in and what things need to be realigned based on your standard.

After identifying these unconscious commitments, turn them into conscious commitments to break the pattern. Align yourself every day through meditation. Know your identity and align it to your standards.

In this episode, you will learn:

    1. How to unconscious commitments into conscious commitments
    2. The importance of knowing your identity and align it to your standards
    3. How to bridge the gap that was created during the upleveling

  • Be Pulled By Your Dreams [Revisit]

    Episode #061

In this episode Tim & Doug discuss one of the most common questions asked by high achievers;  If I become content in my life will I still be driven?

A lot of people fear what might happen if they achieve the things they really desire, they have a fear that they will no longer have something to aim for and this is a key reason as to why a lot of people, if pushed by fear, hit the self destruct button and damage their lives and business.

Understanding how fear can hold you back is the key to getting past this block. It’s in our nature to think that once we have achieved our goals that we then reach the endpoint, and it’s also natural for us not to want to reach the end of our purpose because what would we do then?

Tim & Doug use first-hand examples to explain how you can 100% still be driven while being content and fulfilled with life. In fact, it can even make you more driven, more productive and things will come to you easily and seamlessly. You will begin to see things differently but it will give you the freedom to enjoy life with flow and ease.

What you will discover in this episode:

    • The main reasons people fear a content life.
    • The difference desire and fear can have on your life.
    • How your fear can push you to self destruct.
    • How to be driven by purpose and not fear.
    • How to live with flow and ease
    • The difference between ‘Get to do’ and ‘Have to do’ mentalities.
    • Understanding ‘hustle mode’ and it’s links to fear.
    • Immediate actionable tasks to lead you on the path to greatness.

  • Don't Ruffle Any Feathers [Revisit]

    Episode #060

Tim and Doug share real-life examples of when someone in a relationship holds back on who they really are in order to keep the other person happy. This is something that they see over and over again from members of ‘The Activation Process’ and it always leads to a false or failed relationship.

Like in any relationship, if you hold back on how you are really feeling for fear of upsetting your partner, it always gets bottled up and these bottled up emotions will always come out at some point in a much more explosive way than if you tackle the issue there and then.

Doug shares a personal story of when his wife spotted that he was in a habit of dimming his own lights in order to make other people feel better. Upon discovering this trait and working on it, Doug saw the picture change completely.

In the final part of this episode Tim asks the all-important question, How do you let your light shine and be the full you while also keeping your partner happy...

    • The importance of a simple conversation.
    • Doug’s technique of ‘what else is possible’.
    • How to use outside the box thinking.
    • How not ruffling feathers can inspire others.
    • How to be yourself while keeping others happy.
    • Understanding when your ego is talking to you.

  • Re-Establishing Your Identity As A Father

    Episode #57

We define a father based on how we have seen and experienced growing up as their kids. We have our stories to tell about our fathers both good and bad ones but it is up to us to decide what kind of father we want to be later on. We do not need to re-live the same story, we have our choice to rewrite our own.

As early as now, while they are still young, embrace the opportunity, be in it, live in it, dictate to them, be an alpha. Treat them like real men because they are adults in training but also do not forget to be kind, graceful and forgiving. There will be pleasure and pain throughout the journey but if you have the skillset to recognize the energy that comes with it, you will be able to decide what to do with the energy instead of letting the energy takes over.

Be the model you want your children to follow as they grow old. Write the story that you want your children to talk about someday and be inspired by it. In order to be that version of yourself that you want to show, later on, you must invest in the actions that will get you there.

Be aware, reinforce your identity and take that first step in rewriting your own story.

What you will learn in this episode:

    1. How to be a good father
    2. How to overcome the tornado of fatherhood
    3. The steps to becoming the best version of yourself
    4. How to reinforce your identity
    5. How to set new standards
