We have another recorded coaching call for you on the podcast today!

Today we are talking to Sarah Kobin who is the owner of Sunshine Play Cafe in Kentucky.

And while Sarah’s space is what I would consider “fully staffed”, meaning she has a team running the place without her needing to be there unless she wants to be, she is still feeling that overwhelm– because even just managing a team is a LOT, especially when a business is new- for everyone involved– for you, your staff, AND your customers. 

So today we are first going to talk to Sarah about continuing to delegate tasks in terms of what she should be delegating as well as how and when, we are getting into team management and reducing staff turnover by increasing her teams happiness level and overall satisfaction with their position.

Next we get into my favorite app and system for task and project management, and how I manage my entire life– not just my business life- with ONE free tool and how I am able to loop my team and my spouse into that as well so we all can benefit and better our communication. 

We are also going to talk about her different revenue streams and where her focus should be, as well as some things that aren’t quite working out for her right now. We really get into troubleshooting some of her offerings and I think we end the call with some great conclusions and action items that I think Sarah will really like the results of once she tests them out.
