If you were to sum up The Project host Sarah Harris’ life at the moment in one word, you couldn’t get more precise than “chaos”. 

Since sliding into the seat formerly occupied by Carrie Bickmore nearly a year ago, Harris has managed the juggle of work and motherhood with military precision. She splits her week across two cities and co-parents two young sons with her ex-husband - all of which, by her own admission, has taken a toll on her ability to keep up with friends. And don’t even think about asking her to re-enter the dating scene right now.
