He is an Educational Scientist at Arteveldehogeschool & Utrecht University and the author of the book 'The Psychology of Great Teaching'. He joined us today to talk about what teachers should know about the psychology of teaching. 

Throughout the conversation, we discuss replication, growth mindset & fixed mindset, Correlation & causation, nurturing nature, self-determination, cognitive load theory, typologies vs. dimensions, and more.
