Today's guest, Sharon Saraga-Walters, has been on a mission to share her message about the power of gratitude in developing a life of both health and wellness in the broadest sense. In this episode, you're going to hear how Sharon has developed a personal gratitude practice and how she's been sharing this powerful tool with others through her programs and her books. And also by serving as an example of someone who has benefited from using the power of gratitude. 

 Sharon has over 35 years experience operating and promoting her own businesses in health and wellness. She is the creator of Graticise™365, and is a lifetime student, expert, coach and Fitness Trainer of Gratitude. Sharon has a passion for sharing all good things. She's the lead creator of The 28 Day Gratitude Workout™, online course, book and workshop, and the Grati-Fit™ System. Sharon has witnessed exercise and gratitude impact her life and the lives of others, and the results motivated her to publish her books, "The 28 Day Gratitude Workout" - a daily introduction to practicing gratitude for four consecutive weeks and "Thursday's Note" - a commitment to exercising gratitude every Thursday for one year. Her newest book, "Graticise™365" will be released in 2022 and will go even deeper, with 365 daily exercises.
