Douglass Lodmell is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Lodmell & Lodmell, one of the nation's premier providers of integrated estate planning and net worth protection services. He is recognized for his excellent knowledge and experience in estate planning, strategic asset protection for domestic and international clients, and taxation. Douglass obtained his Juris Doctorate from Cardozo School of Law. In addition to his Juris Doctorate degree, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and an advanced law degree in taxation from NYU School of Law. 

He has authored numerous articles for professional journals and is currently working on a book about the explosion of lawsuits in America and how personal wealth is no longer safe. Douglass: My tip is to stay out of the legal system, don’t think it’s an easy way for you to get something done because it is a web-soar, it comes around and bites the unprepared. Protecting cash is easy, you can send them off-shore to the off-shore trust in the Swiss Bank, it’s a very effective and very easy thing to do.
