In this episode Jeanie discusses why and how to use affirmations and denials. You may have heard people speak of the Law of Attraction as if it was having magic to get what is desired.  That is far from the truth and when they do not appear to work, the person using them feels shame for not magically manifesting what they desire.  Affirmations and denials are used to retrain our thinking.

“Acceptance is the key to all my problems” is a quote that annoyed me for a long time. When faced with something I wanted to change but seemed unable to do so, I would try harder.  By forcing my will on something I could not change, I became irritable and unreasonable.  One day I had an awakening about the idea of acceptance, surrender and letting go. I hope sharing my awareness about acceptance helps you.
