On todays podcast I was happy to host Mary Childs,  co-host of NPR’s Planet Money, a podcast I have enjoyed for quite a while, and author of the recently released book “The Bond King: How One Man Made a Market, Built an Empire, and Lost It All”.

Mary Childs is a financial journalist. She’s a co-host of National Public Radio’s Planet Money.

Mary was a Watson Fellow, painting portraits, and was a 2015 Tribeca Disruptive Innovation Honoree. Over the past decade+, Mary has consulted for HBO on a finance-y show, been on finance TV, and written for Barron's magazine, the Financial Times, and Bloomberg News.
