Craig Fleming, who Race Directs many races in the North Central Pa region joins us as we talk about the upcoming 2024 Rocksylvania Series. How does the series work? We are back on the "Fastest Known Time" Train! Mr. Bob Stewart hold several very long FKTs in the Northeast. Most notably the 328 mile Mid State Trail that travels North to South through Pennsylvania. Bob is not only fast but he also prefers to go after the unsupported categories of FKTs which make planning and execution that much harder. Join us as we talk to him about everything FKTs and beyond!
