Woop woop ! Episode 12 of Thought Digest !

In an episode that seems to have taken some of the weight off , in contrast to recent episodes with a significant amount of laughter.

The focal point of today's discussion centers on Delayed Gratification : resisting the temptation of an immediate reward, in anticipation that there will be a greater reward later.

Needless to say , the ladies have interesting perspectives of the concept and reflect on how the idea of “delayed gratification” is a factor - or non factor - in their lives. In light of this conversation, they agree to embark on their 75 Hard Challenge.
