  • When You Feel Like You're the ONLY ONE..

Do you ever feel like you're the ONLY who feels the way you do? You think you're the only one falling behind, failing, feeling anxious, feeling lost. You're not. There are so many other people who feel the way you do. The best way to remove the shame and to know that you're not alone is by sharing your honest struggles and getting real about how you feel. In this episode, we're getting real about how we feel, reminding ourselves that we're not alone, and breaking down HOW to be honest with others about our experiences and how to encourage others to do the same.

  • Ask Yourself THIS QUESTION When You're Feeling Insecure

Here are four words my therapist said that changed my perspective around my negative or insecure thoughts. This question allows us to reframe our fears, question our thoughts and take back control over our mindset and emotions. Thoughts can be convincing, but thoughts aren't facts.

Self-Reflection Journal Prompt: Consider a recent insecure thought you've had (ie. "my coworker doesn't like me") Now question that thought and ask yourself "what if that's not true?" Find the evidence to support the opposite.
