When we start to realize the things that we want and the things we will no longer tolerate, people start to feel a certain way about you. They start to change how they react to you. And honestly, that's ok!
The hardest part of becoming your best self is learning what you will no longer tolerate and what things are non-negotiable in your life.
Boundaries are necessary for your mental and physical health. And having them isn't a bad thing at all! Every adult needs boundaries and they can be WHATEVER your heart desires.
Start with one today and see how it feels!

The annoying part of being human is the knowledge that we truly aren't invincible and that SOMETHING is going to take us down for a bit.
This week I get into the feelings of burnt out and overwhelm and not knowing how to get out of it. And while I may be ticked off that I just cant get myself to do the things that were once an easy habit, I KNOW, without a doubt that I'm going to make it through this and come out on top.
This moment isn't about giving up or giving in and taking a "loss". Its about growing, asking for help, and learning to give myself a few extra moments of love and grace and compassion. Then, coming back stronger and better than I was two weeks ago.
Burn out can teach us a lot. But mostly, it teaches us how to regroup, love ourselves more, and give ourselves more compassion in the face of uncertainty.

Whew!! 2026 is going to be a whirlwind. In thinking about what I need to do to become better in this year and make it different than last year, I came to the conclusion that I need to drop certain things I did in 2025 and adopt new traits. Im growing in who I am to make sure I hit all my goals and then some in this new year.
When it comes to the new nutrition guidelines, 1.2g/kg of bodyweight is equal to .54g/lbs of bodyweight. So if you weigh 150 lbs, generally you should be getting about 81g of protein a day. If you are more active, you'll definitely need more. And I can help you with that!
In order for expansion and other growth, we have to adopt comfort with discomfort. We have to drop all insecurity and imposter syndromes and move forward with confidence and compassion to ourselves!
Keep your own standards high and keep reaching every day!

2025 was a WILD year! So many wonderful and amazing memories were made and I have the pictures to prove it! However, I didn't LEAVE 2025 in a place where I felt amazing and wonderful. I left 2025 behind feeling a little sad, a little disappointed and working on shadows I found hidden in the depths.
But those shadows bring 2026 to LIGHT!
In 2026, WE will be CELEBRATING ourselves, celebrating our wins and achievements even if its sitting alone basking in the reflection of our hard work.
2026 is the year of EXPANSIVE EVOLUTION! Growth in all the best ways possible. Expanding our capacity to hold our own, hold abundance, and growing our reach!
Whats your word or phrase this year!?
I've let people dictate who I should be for too long. Over the last few years, I've lost friends, gained friends, learned more about myself than I thought possible. I lost friends who made me feel small, I gained friends that helped open my eyes to my own potential.
In my opinion, anyone who makes you feel like you are not enough or too much, is dealing with some internal issues of their own. Something about you scares them into making you feel small or insecure. Something about you triggers something in them and they want to keep you in a box because your growth, beauty, intelligence, courage, bravery, or dreams scare them.
Tell me your 2026 goals and I'd love to support your journey!
Barbie. Directed by Greta Gerwig, Warner Bros. Pictures, 2023.
"It is literally impossible to be a woman. You are so beautiful, and so smart, and it kills me that you don't think you're good enough. Like, we have to always be extraordinary, but somehow we're always doing it wrong.
You have to be thin, but not too thin. And you can never say you want to be thin. You have to say you want to be healthy, but also you have to be thin. You have to have money, but you can't ask for money because that's crass. You have to be a boss, but you can't be mean. You have to lead, but you can't squash other people's ideas. You're supposed to love being a mother, but don't talk about your kids all the damn time. You have to be a career woman but also always be looking out for other people.
You have to answer for men's bad behavior, which is insane, but if you point that out, you're accused of complaining. You're supposed to stay pretty for men, but not so pretty that you tempt them too much or that you threaten other women because you're supposed to be a part of the sisterhood.
But always stand out and always be grateful. But never forget that the system is rigged. So find a way to acknowledge that but also always be grateful.
You have to never get old, never be rude, never show off, never be selfish, never fall down, never fail, never show fear, never get out of line. It's too hard! It's too contradictory and nobody gives you a medal or says thank you! And it turns out in fact that not only are you doing everything wrong, but also everything is your fault." (1:32:10)

Have you ever walked around a store and quietly "judged" what other people are wearing?
TBH- I have, but then I also judge myself on what I wear and how I present myself, too.
Today, I talk about how dressing for YOURSELF can go miles towards building your self-esteem and confidence. Wearing the ripped, torn, aged sweatpants out to the store because "you don't care what other people think" is great, if you are truly confident in the YOU that you are projecting to the world.
Simply put, how much effort you put into yourself is the amount of effort others will pour back into you.
Take the time, do the sweet, simple, natural make up (or a swipe of mascara to make your eyes pop), take the extra 5 minutes to throw on an outfit that shows the world you care about yourself more than anyone else ever could.
Your clothes could be the gateway to the life, confidence, and mental well-being that you have always wanted.

This week, I'm challenging you to complete at least one thing everyday on this list. Then, come back and tell me how you feel after committing to seven days of loving yourself.
1) Write down three wins every day- no matter how big or how "small" they may seem
2) Set a boundary and KEEP IT- "No" is a complete sentence, so is "Thank you for thinking of me, but I am not able this week."
3) Take yourself on a date- to a coffee shop, a nicer restaurant (NO FAST FOOD), a store you would NEVER (but have always wanted to) go to
4) Get moving- take a walk, check out CLASS PASS, go dancing, find a new gym, even pole dancing! Just move your body
5) Invest in yourself- buy a new book (I love "You Are a Badass" by Jen Sincero, and am currently reading "Lucky Girl" by Georgie May) or a new journal (you an find mine HERE)
6) Don't quit- PLEASE, on everything holy and you hold dear. Just try one new thing, one new book. If you didn't like it, you don't have to try again, but at least give it a shot and follow through.

How do you gauge your worth? Is it based on what you believe about yourself? Or about what others say and believe about you?
If it's what you believe about yourself, do you believe in the good in you? Or do you believe that you deserve all the garbage that has happened in your past?
If it's what other believe about you, why are you putting so much value in their opinion?
Loving yourself, believing in yourself, and trusting in yourself is the basis of self-worth. And Self-worth is one of the top things you must have in order to change your life for the better.
Mostly because, if you don't believe that you are WORTHY of the life of your dreams, you'll never get it.

I worked too hard to find me to lose it all trying to please anyone else.
Are you people pleasing to the point that you don't know who you are anymore?
Have you lost yourself trying to keep your friends?
What if you actually started showing upf for yourself and did that made you happy?
What if, you actually stood up for yourself, and your life began to glow and grow in ways you never imagined?
Hiding yourself behind who you THINK people want you to be isn’t doing you any favors.
It’s time for you to become the “SELF”-ish bitch that you deserve to be.

I have struggled with the feeling of being lonely and lost and confused about life and where its meant to take me. You aren't alone in this feeling, but it may be different than how I felt. It's ok to be here. But, take this "downtime" to relax, revel in all that you have accomplished and enjoy this moment. You'll be busy and rocking again soon.
