 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀: Dr. Matt Ritter is the Director of Swine Nutrition and Technical Services at Cargill where he works closely with the other nutritionists, marketing personnel, sales force, support, and staff to deliver best-in-class nutritional solutions and services to customers. He received his BS and MS at Michigan State University before attending the University of Illinois to receive his Ph.D. in 2007. After receiving his degree, he began work at Elanco where he served in numerous advisor and director roles before starting work at Cargill. He was also the recipient of the Top 40 under 40 in Agriculture Award in 2013 by Vance Publishing.
 
 Matt Wolfe is a Pork Consultant for Cargill. He received his MS in Swine Nutrition in 2006 and after graduation began working with Cargill where his main responsibility is to utilize the vast resources and expertise of Provimi to add value to his customers’ business. Matt is passionate about working for, and with his customers to help them build the best pork system possible.
 
 Dr. Qingyun Li is a Swine Nutiriotionist for Cargill where she focuses on nutrition consulting, economic modeling, and nutritional technology support to optimize profitability for customers. She also collaborates with the strategic marketing and technology team on research and innovation projects. Dr. Li received her BS in Animal Sciences and MS in Swine Nutrition in China before moving to the US to pursue a Ph.D. in Swine Nutrition from Iowa State University in 2018.
