  • Como & Roma in the Champions League as Milan crash out of top four

It’s the final Euro show of the season and Jimbo is joined by the usual gang of Pol Ballús, James Horncastle, Tom Williams and a flying visit from Seb Stafford-Bloor to discuss how it’s all panned out on the Continent.

In Italy, AC Milan let Champions League football slip on the final day, letting go of a 1-0 lead against Cagliari to lose 2-1 and allow Roma and Como to finish in the top four. It’s the first time Como have ever qualified for Europe! The domestic season finishes with Girona and Mallorca being relegated alongside Real Oviedo, but there’s still more to come for Rayo Vallecano who face Crystal Palace in the Conference League Final on Wednesday.

Lens have won the Coupe de France for the first time in their history, beating Nice 3-1 in the Final. The team also look ahead to Ligue 1 winners PSG’s Champions League Final against Arsenal.

Harry Kane is yet again the man for Bayern Munich as he scores a hattrick in the DFB Pokal Final against Stuttgart to secure a domestic double for the Bavarians.

Jimbo has Daniel Storey and Tom Williams for company after the conclusion of the 25/26 Premier League season.

Elsewhere, Sunderland are the big winners on Matchday 38, claiming a spot in the Europa League alongside Bournemouth. Victory for the Black Cats means no European football for Xabi Alonso at Chelsea next season.

Brighton will play in the Conference League, despite a 3-0 defeat to Man United in which Bruno Fernandes claims the all-time Premier League assists record.

Champions Arsenal are winners at Palace while Pep Guardiola’s final game as Man City manager ends in defeat to Europa League winners Aston Villa.

  • Villa win the Europa League - will former winners Spurs go down on Sunday?

Aston Villa make light work of Freiburg to claim their first trophy in 30 years and Unai Emery’s 5th Europa League.

Jimbo, Duncan Alexander, Charlie Eccleshare, Jay Harris and Jacob Tanswell take in another marquee achievement from Villa under Emery and ponder the power the Premier League now has.

Last year’s winners Spurs are 90 minutes from salvation or relegation. They need to avoid defeat to Everton and hope that West Ham don’t beat Leeds. Which 60,000 seater stadium will be in the Championship next season?

There’s a heck of a race for Europe which could see Bournemouth or Brighton qualify for the Champions League.

The Championship play-off final takes place at Wembley on Saturday between Hull City and Southampton substitute Middlesbrough.

  • Arsenal are Premier League champions

The Gunners finally get over the line and win their first title in 22 years, while Spurs are still in the relegation battle.

Jimbo, Daniel Storey, Duncan Alexander, Charlie Eccleshare and Adrian Clarke have a LOT to discuss.

Man City’s draw at Bournemouth sees Mikel Arteta’s side confirmed as champions, after three consecutive years as runners up. How did they do it and can they do it again?

It looks to be all change at City with the news that Pep Guardiola is set to leave the club in the summer. After a decade of dominance, what next for City, potentially under Enzo Maresca?

The relegation battle will go down to the last day after Spurs are beaten at Stamford Bridge to set up a nail-biting final Sunday as West Ham look to survive.

And on a remarkably newsworthy day, Southampton are thrown out of the Championship play-off final and deducted points after Spygate to be replaced by Middlesbrough on Saturday.

  • Roma take charge of Champions League chase at the expense of Juventus

For the penultimate time this season, Jimbo’s got his European football friends Pol Ballús, James Horncastle and Tom Williams alongside him as the season reaches its conclusion.

In Italy, Juve look to have fumbled a top-four finish after their 2-0 defeat by Fiorentina. It leaves Roma in pole position and Como still in with a chance of Champions League football. Plus - could Jamie Vardy still save Cremonese from the drop?

Over in Spain, the battle down the bottom continues to take twists and turns, with Elche and Girona set to battle it out in what could be the relegation decider on the final day of the season. Elsewhere, Barca complete a perfect 19 home wins from 19 - but there are injury woes which could dent La Roja’s chances at the World Cup this summer.

The Ligue 1 season concluded in its own chaotic fashion, with champions PSG beaten by neighbours Paris FC, Habib Beye having the last laugh with Marseille against former side Rennes - and a nine-goal thriller between Strasbourg and Monaco!

For news of a Bundesliga variety, Seb Stafford-Bloor sends his dispatches on a dramatic final day in Germany in the hunt for a top four finish and survival. Plus - what should Aston Villa expect against Europa League final opponents Freiburg on Wednesday night?

  • Chelsea appoint Alonso, Salah lets loose and West Ham woes worsen

Jimbo has Daniel Storey, Tim Spiers and Colin Millar for company on a very newsworthy penultimate Premier League weekend.

It’s Man City who claim the FA Cup and the domestic cup double but runners up Chelsea waste no time in appointing Xabi Alonso as their manager for next season. A coup for BlueCo? Liam Twomey joins us to discuss.

How are Liverpool fans feeling about that news? After seeing their team taken to the cleaners by Villa on Friday, Champions League football isn’t guaranteed and the departing Mo Salah has his say about where the team’s gone wrong.

West Ham slip deeper into the relegation mire with a 3-1 defeat against Newcastle. They must win their last game and hope Spurs lose their final two matches in order to stay up.

Bruno Fernandes equals the all-time Premier League assist record in Man United’s victory over Forest. And it’s a great afternoon for Bournemouth in the race for European football and the Cherries didn’t even play.

Plus Hearts miss out on a first title in 61 years after a dramatic finale at Celtic Park.

  • Can Chelsea make it three FA Cup final defeats in a row for City?

Jimbo sits down in the studio with Duncan Alexander, Charlie Eccleshare, Natalie Gedra with a flying visit from Phil Hay as the FA Cup Final approaches and the title races in England and Scotland go right down to the wire.

There’s no blinking from Manchester City who beat Crystal Palace 3-0 to reduce the gap with Arsenal at the top of the Premier League to two points again. The Gunners host already-relegated Burnley on Monday.

City have to deal with the small matter of the FA Cup Final against Chelsea before then. Is an improbable domestic treble still on for Pep Guardiola’s men? Or can interim Blues boss Calum McFarlane put a spanner in the works?

VAR has certainly put a spanner in the celebration plans for Hearts in Scotland. Celtic awarded a 99th minute penalty to win 3-2 at Motherwell and take the Scottish Premiership title race to a final day showdown between the top two.

Can West Ham use last week’s disappointment to get a positive result against Newcastle in their fight for Premier League survival?

  • Barca win La Liga in El Clasico - Mourinho to the rescue for Real?

Jimbo is missing Seb Stafford-Bloor, but the usual gang of James Horncastle, Tom Williams and Pol Ballus still have more than enough to talk about as the football season nears its end on the Continent.

Barcelona become the first ever team to win La Liga in El Clasico. Marcus Rashford and Ferran Torres score the goals as the Catalonians beat Real Madrid 2-0 to confirm the title, and compound misery on what’s been a disastrous week for Los Blancos. Might Jose Mourinho be the answer to their problems?

Desiré Doué was the answer for Champions League finalists PSG as they scored late to beat Brest 1-0 and re-establish a six point gap between themselves and second-placed Lens at the top of Ligue 1. Wouldn’t you know it, they play Lens next - a draw would secure the title for the Parisians.

In Germany, it’s a wild fight for survival with three teams at the bottom on the same points. And in Italy, the race for Champions League hots up as Roma leave it VERY late and Milan stumble again. And there’s the Coppa Italia Final between Lazio and Inter coming up.

Arsenal are two wins from the title after an incredible finale at West Ham that sees Leandro Trossard score, Callum Wilson equalise but VAR intervene for a foul on David Raya. Is their name on the trophy? And are the Hammers doomed to the drop?

Elliot Anderson rescues a point for Forest against his old club Newcastle to keep his current club up. And Bournemouth make it 16 games unbeaten to boost their very real Champions League hopes.

There are 2-2 draws for Europa League finalists Aston Villa and Conference League finalists Crystal Palace. Another draw at Anfield amid boos for Liverpool against Chelsea.

Plus National League play-off final drama and Saints are caught spying in Middlesbrough.
