The weather may have been miserable but the likes of Dina, Charlie, Molly and Phoebe gave us plenty to smile about.

There was heartbreak in the Steeple, elation in the 400mh and confusion in the men's middle distances. But NOTHING could overshadow Louie Hinchliffe's mullett.
