The Triple Option

Deion Sanders and Colorado are trying to change college football once again, this time it's in Spring Ball.

Coach Urban Meyer, Mark Ingram II, and Rob Stone take a look at the failed proposal between Colorado and Syracuse to play each other in the Spring game and if it is something that teams should do in the future or if it is a disaster waiting to happen.

Syracuse head coach Fran Brown ran off 10 wins in his first season in upstate New York, why did he see value in joining Coach Prime for a few days in Boulder? He breaks that down as well as the changes he is making for the Orange.

Is Texas back? The guys then look into their Crystal Ball for the Arch Manning Era in Austin and debate if the Longhorns will be over or under 9.5 wins. #HookEm

Is there a way to properly pick the College Football Playoff?

Coach Urban Meyer, Mark Ingram II, and Rob Stone took a crack at it with one of the proposals for 2026 giving the Big Ten and SEC four automatic bids each, the ACC and Big 12 two automatic bigs, one auto bid for group of six, and one at large bid.

Former Alabama and Georgia Strength and Conditioning Coach turned West Alabama Head Coach, Scott Cochran joined the show to talk about his time with Mark at Bama as well as his battle with addition and incredible redemption story helping those going through what he went through.

Finally, you can't talk college sports in March without talking Tournament. The guys each look into the Triple Option Crystal Ball (size doesn't matter) and predict the Final Four.

Greatness recognizes greatness.

Coach Urban Meyer, Mark Ingram II, and Rob Stone are joined by Heisman Trophy winner and new Bowling Green State University head coach Eddie George. George takes us inside the process that lead to him heading up the Falcons and how one former head coach at the school initiated the conversation (hint: his friends call him Coach Meyer). He also previews what he is bringing to western Ohio as well as how coaching has become his passion after vowing to never do it at this level.

Just because it's Spring doesn't mean we can't look to the fall. The guys take a look at Penn State's schedule and returning firepower before debating if they will under up with over or under 10.5 wins, as set by BetMGM.

The 12-team playoff was a success! Time to blow it up and make a new format.

Coach Urban Meyer, Mark Ingram II, and Rob Stone look back at the 12-team College Football Playoff and what they enjoyed and what should be fixed ahead of the 2025-26 season. They then debated if the proposed 14-team playoff, giving the Big Ten and the SEC four guaranteed spots EACH is good for the sport or another money grab.

"The Game" wrote another chapter, but this time a friendly one as Michigan Athletic Director and 2024 College Football Playoff Chairman Warde Manuel join Rob and Coach to talk about the historic rivalry between the Wolverines and Ohio State. He also took us inside the CFP decision making room, the discussions that led to this past year's bracket, as well as the changes he would make in the second go around. Warde also shines some light on the future of the Playoff, the Big Ten's stake in it, and how the current proposal is good for the whole sport.

The NFL Combine was this past weekend, Mark Ingram goes down memory lane to his time in Indy and the guys decide who they would take with the #1 pick this season. Hint: he already won the most prestigious award in all of College Football.

Coach Urban Meyer, Mark Ingram II, and Rob Stone first discuss the dominating performance by the Philadelphia Eagles defense against the Kansas City Chiefs in the Super Bowl. Super Bowl MVP Jalen Hurts has three huge fans on this show, for his play on the field and resilience off of it. (1:44)
