To close out The TrustMakers’ series on the ground at the 2024 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Scott Galloway, professor of marketing at NYU Stern School of Business and podcast host, sits down for a conversation with Edelman CEO Richard Edelman. Richard gets Scott’s reactions to the new 2024 Edelman Trust Barometer Special Report: Brands and Politics. “If [brands] feel strongly about issues, they need to act up, not speak up. What I find is a lot of them are speaking, but the music doesn’t match the words,” Scott says.
