People pleasing is a hot topic isn't it?

People pleasing literally shuts down the flow our authentic life force; our orgasm.

 Over time this can have a devastating effect on our physical and mental wellbeing.
And the wellbeing of any relationship.

Not a good recipe for thriving.

People pleasing patterns are not confined to romantic relationships either.
They can show up in any relationship.

You may find this dynamic happening with friends, bosses, colleagues clients, parents and even our children.
