If you've ever wondered how your pelvic health might be quietly influencing your fertility, you're going to love today's episode.
I'm sitting down with Dr. Alex, a pelvic floor physical therapist who's redefining how women think about pelvic pain, tension, and conception.
You'll discover why "tight" isn't always strong, how simple daily practices can help release restriction in the body, and why addressing your pelvic foundation before pregnancy could be one of the smartest moves you make on your fertility journey.
This conversation goes beyond the usual pelvic floor talk, it's about reconnecting with your body at its core to help you get and stay pregnant.

In today's episode, I'll be sharing what to do in those very early days after seeing your positive pregnancy test. Unfortunately, many women receive very little real support in the early first trimester because conventional care doesn't "kick in" until that first prenatal visit, which is often not until around the 8–10 week mark, meaning you're left to navigate those intense, confusing early changes largely on your own.
So today, I'm going to walk you through the essentials you need to start thinking about right away, before you even walk into your doctor or midwife's office. I'll share how to choose your prenatal care team, what to expect at those first appointments, some simple early first‑trimester support strategies and some simple ways to start supporting your energy, hormones, and growing baby in these early weeks, without overhauling your entire life overnight.
And because you know I love a good resource, I'll be sharing some of the gold that's inside my new prenatal guide called "I Just Got Pregnant, Now What?" which includes everything you need to know with prenatal labs, nutrition, supplements, symptom support, and more. By the end of this episode, you'll feel like you have a roadmap for your first trimester and a clear next steps for a successful pregnancy.

What if getting pregnant on your very first try wasn't about luck, but strategy?
In today's episode, I sit down with my client Jem, a London-based TV producer and hypnotherapist whose fertility story might just change how you think about preconception. Instead of waiting to struggle, Jem decided to take control long before she started trying for a baby. Through functional lab testing, she uncovered hidden imbalances in her gut and hormones and what she did next set the stage for a shockingly fast conception.
But it wasn't just science that made the difference. Jem's commitment to mindset, visualization, and belief helped her align her body and mind in powerful ways. You'll hear how her uniquely proactive plan not only accelerated her path to pregnancy but also reshaped her relationship with her body and what she thought was possible.

Imagine feeling so sick during pregnancy that even water won't stay down, that's Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG), a severe form of morning sickness that can leave women bedridden and depleted. But what if HG isn't just bad luck or genetics? In today's episode, I sit down with Jes Reynolds, who challenges the common myths surrounding HG and reveals how it often signals deeper physiological imbalances, from nutrient deficiencies to hidden toxicities. Together, we explore how holistic preconception prep can transform the way women experience pregnancy, showing that fertility, morning sickness and HG are reflections of overall health, not isolated conditions.
