Raised by Ukrainian immigrants, Julia's upbringing instilled in her a profound sense of empathy and community dedication.
Delphine Gardère, CEO of Société du Rhum Barbancourt, is the fifth-generation leader of Haiti’s oldest rum company. As a mother and resident of Port-au-Prince, Delphine is deeply committed to uplifting the Haitian community through initiatives in education, sports, and culture. She currently serves as the Chair and President of the Barbancourt Foundation, which uplifts the community through initiatives in education, sports, environmental projects, arts and culture. Delphine is also serves as a member of the board for the AVD Embouteillage (a joint venture with Vinicola del Norte in Haiti) and the Haitian Education Leadership Program (HELP).

April Simpkins is a mental health advocate, a C-suite executive, and a highly sought after keynote speaker on the topics of DEI, mental health in the workplace, leadership, and culture. As an ambassador for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) she is committed to overcoming the stigma of mental illness and promoting mental wellness in the workplace.
