This week we're talking about how I'm learning to embrace my worth as I blow up my life. Yep, I did a thing. I gave my notice to my job of fourteen years. It's time to embrace what I prayed for. Let's talk about how we all need to embrace our worth in preparation to receive all of the things that we prayed for.

This week let's talk about what do we do when God gives us what we've praying for. We've all been working on our goals/intentions, but what are we doing to ensure we're ready for the blessings when they come. Let's talk about it.
Last week's episode: Boundaries are Key: https://www.buzzsprout.com/851650/10266094-boundaries-are-key.mp3?download=true
Things to remember when God gives you what you prayed for:
1) You have to acknowledge that this our time.
2) Instantly pray and speak over yourself to counteract your fears. Speak to your doubts and fears to prevent them from steering you away from this moment.
3) Make sure you say "thank you" for the blessing. There is comfort and peace in gratitude.
4) Keep moving. The blessings are going to keep coming when we keep moving.

This week we're talking about stepping out and "running". This isn't about running away from things. This week I'm talking about my journey to deciding to "run" towards my goals. Let's take the limits off, and talk about how we can remove the "limit' that we've placed on ourselves. It's time to have all of the things we deserve and more.

This week we're talking about "self-love". Self-love is really challenging for women. But, for Black women it's a totally different journey. So, this week I want to pull back the veil and have some real conversations around "self-love".

Kati Pearson:
Kati Pearson decided to create the space she needed for self care during the 2020 shut down. The tumultuous year that included political unrest, social justice protests, and a world wide pandemic, left her anxious and unable to access the one place she used to go to seek rejuvenation, the spa. This led to the creation of The Rose Gold Experience, which evolved to be a space for not just her but others that needed a refuge and space to seek self care. She has since created a self care custom product line and specializes in steam therapy for relaxation and rejuvenation. You can follow her on Instagram @TheRoseGoldSpa or visit the website www.TheRoseGoldSpa.square.site for products and additional information.

This week we're wrapping up January. We're also talking about making sure that we don't give up. This is a time to keep pushing towards our goals. We can't run from the challenges any more. It's time to go through and get through. We also talk about recognizing moments where we get reminders of all of the wonderful things that we've done. We're still being blessed in the middle of the storms. We just need to be open to the "batteries" that come along to keep us going.
