Hello!
This week's episode is a pickup from last week's episode "Heavy Is The Head". This week i talk about how the unexpected losses of life can rock us to to our core, and I challenge us to think about what we can do to create a safe space to deal with the challenges that we're facing. I also talk about how during this time of accountability/revelation that we have to lean into empathy/compassion to open ourselves to place ourselves into the shoes of other people. There are a lot of people struggling right now, and how do open ourselves to talk to others who are struggling. I'm hoping this will create an intention in the world to help us heal and grow. Won't you join me? I look forward to your feedback. Take care of yourself!

Hi everyone!
This week's episode is about women. As a Black woman there are so many pressures that we face based on society's perceptions. We need support, but many of us are not getting it. It's an issue that impacts women across all color lines. But, women are the foundations of society. We're the ones that get things done. So, we need to protection. We need support, encouragement, and protection. Please feel free to share your thoughts on this conversation.

Hi everyone!
This week's episode talks about the Will, Jada, and August madness. But, I also talk about how this is a prime example of our fascination with celebrities. Our celebrity fascination has led to many paths in our society, heck it's led us to our current President. This is such a foundational time, and we have to guard ourselves. I also talk about the importance of how we leverage our energy and/or words when dealing with these distractions. I hope you enjoy this episode. Please share your thoughts and stay well!
